We just got back from seeing Enchanted. I thought it was pretty cute! Jeremiah was laughing in some parts too.

DznyFan, I did get some shoes! We ended up going to DSW. Jeremiah still needs a pair though. I don't think I'll be bringing the navy dress I bought for the cruise- I don't want to have to buy and pack another pair! I have plenty of shirts to wear for casual night, and I'll just wear the other dress I got for formal. I told Jeremiah he will just have to take me somewhere fancy so I can wear the other one.

Lin- wow! It sounds like you are pretty busy. We miss you around here!! Hope the show goes well.

We're going to watch Pirates of the Caribbean now on OnDemand! I can't wait until the last one comes out on DVD (this Tuesday!)

AAAAACK!!! I just watched Desperate Housewives and my DVR cut off the last minute or two! Anyone here watch it? Can you PLEASE tell me what happened after Lynnette came outside and screamed? It cut off right as the camera was panning across the street -- I NEED to know what happened! The episode isn't up online yet, I have no idea when they post.

Ashley: I like the way you think, girl. "Well I've got this fancy dress honey, so now I need somewhere to wear it. So where are you taking me?"

DznyFan: I'm thinking peppermint fudge.

Bee Movie was... weird. I don't really know if I liked it or not. It was entertaining, but it moved really fast and the story was totally different than anything I've seen in advertising for it. A couple of times I turned to say something to Emma and felt like I missed a big chuck, I had to keep asking Lyzzie what just happened. It was sort of like a Seinfeld episode, but with bees. And stuff happening. It was cute though and the kids loved it. Lyzzie wasn't too keen on seeing it, but afterward she said it was great.

After the movie we went out to dinner and when we came home, Emma was sitting on my bed and wanted to watch tv. So I turned it on and Mickey's Twice Upon a Christmas was on! We've never seen it so we watched that - very cute! - and our tree still sits in the dining room undecorated. At this rate, we won't have a tree this year!

Lyzziesmom- My memory is horrible, but I think what happned was the Mary Alice voice came on and it showed Edie and Gabby coming up from the rubble, Susan and Mike leaving the hospital, Bree and everyone that was with her coming out, and I can't remember the rest! Sorry! Do you know how many new episodes they have left?

Nicole: Thanks, I saw all that part, it was just the very last bit that got cut off so I didn't see what Lynnette was screaming about. Did she see something horrible? I went on another board and they were all talking about how shocking it was, but never really said what "it" was! Well maybe it'll be up online on abc.com tomorrow and I can find out.

Every time I type Lynnette, my fingers automatically start to type Lyzzie and I have to erase it.

Gooooood morning!!

It's going to be chilly here today. Nathan and I went to see Enchanted yesterday afternoon and when we came out it was windy and cold!! Enchanted was a really cute movie, but pretty much a girly one, IMO. I told Nathan how great it was that he agreed to see it with me and I owe him another movie. Alvin and the Chipmunks may be a good one to see in a couple of weeks.

Good Morning Everyone!

I am still catching up, but Dznyfan I wanted to suggest making chocolate covered popcorn. I use white chocolate, but any kind tastes good. Pop the popcorn and melt the chocolate (it can be done in the microwave) then just pour the chocolate over the popcorn, spread onto wax paper and let cool. Break it apart to put into containers. You can add sprinkles too. It's REALLY good. I gave it to everyone last year and no one could stop eating it.


Our weekend was ok. We didn't do much. We are trying to get the baby room done (which is hard since my stepmom wants to wait on getting the furniture). There is so much to do and so little time.

Amber - chocolate covered popcorn sounds like a great idea - I'll suggest it.

I was on the eagle brand website last night looking at all the different kinds of fudge - I think I'm going to make about 4 different kinds - for our friends. I'll do tins with a variety of flavors! I wonder if I can use those silicone molds and make little fudge wreaths..........

Hey Donna...thanks for the muffins. We had the same weather yesterday. Started the day near 70 and ended the day in the 30's...buurrrr.

I think I have the printed list but for some reason didn't save it on my computer...hmmm. I think all I will need is Shannon's address and I will be good to go.

It is kind of quiet today. I was able to check in a couple of times but everytime I got ready to post something would come up. I had to go pick DS up from school today. He's not feeling well but he's not overly sick either? Hopefully it will pass and he'll be back at school tomorrow.
