It really is a pretty good movie. It has maybe half a dozen curse words in it - nothing really bad, and they fly right over Courtney's head. And then there is one small part where the "M" word is used (masterba....)

My boys went with DH last year to an OU game...they had a great time.

The game day experience is a lot of fun.

Shannon: That makeover sounds fun. I've never done one of those, do you need an appointment or do you just walk up to the department store counter and ask for a makeover? I used to have a friend in FL who worked at the Lancome counter and she said she got tired of making over all the old ladies (most of the Lancome customers were old). Then she got a job for Smashbox cosmetics and liked it much better. She was pretty bad at the makeovers though, everyone came out looking the same -- like bad 80s hair band groupies!



It's a beautiful day here, around 68. I kicked the kids out into the backyard and I'm headed out there in a minute. It's just too nice not to enjoy it, and I know it won't last much longer!

I bought some foundation there a while back, and the girl asked me if I wanted to be notified for special events, and I told her yes. Then a few weeks ago, she called me to make an appointment. It didnt cost anything but they kind of expect you to make a purchase. A lot of the other cosmetic counters were having them too, so I guess it was store wide, (Macys) MAC is a good one to try, why dont you ask about it next time you are in a department store? (MAC is also a lot cheaper. I just went to Chanel because their foundation rocks, lasts forever, is really natural and light, but that might change for me since they discontinued my shade!)

its so nice here too, we have the house opened up but might need to use the a.c. at night, we'll see. I am going to turn in soon, I have been on the go since 7ish and no nap! that makes shashy very cranky. hope everyone has a good night~

Good evening! I swear I hate the time change! It's only 8:30 but feels like it should be midnight!

The girls really rocked at their competition! Britt's team came in 3rd which was a huge disappointment because they were definitely better than the other teams. They all pulled it together and did a fab job! Britt you would never have known she was out of commission for a month, she did great! We were proud of all of them! Maddie's team came in 1st! The looks on the girls faces when their name was called was priceless! It's kind of sad that it's all over for the season, as much as I was getting burned out. Britt starts her competitive team tomorrow.

YM...Maddie is doing much better. She is still having some coughing episodes, but is pretty controlled with her neb. I started doubling up her albuterol and pulmicort so that seems to have knocked it out a bit faster.

TCC West working a flu shot clinic! She was with her DD getting her a flu shot. We had two big clinics yesterday. One was at ORU. It was a drive through for 18 and older. The other was at TCC for both kids and adults. I just happened to be checking paper work and recognized her!

Yeah for Brittany and Maddie! I'm glad Maddie is getting better...takes a while to figure out the meds. I think we need a nebulizer for that bad flares. We will double up with the inhalers but I don't think the meds work as well when they can't get a good deep breath.
