Oh LESA!! Come out, come out wherever you are!!!

I'm mad at you!!!

You just HAD to mention how much you spent on cheerleading, didn't you!!??

And that made me just HAVE to figure out how much I spend on swimming!!!

NEVER NEVER add those things up!!! I learned that the hard way when Matt was playing premier league soccer!!! Tournaments in Baltimore, and St Louis!!

Blake said he could just take his drill and make them all polka dotted pumpkins!!

Sounds easy enough to me.

I read somewhere that people use their Mr. Potato Head pieces to decorate the pumpkins instead of carving them.

I love that idea. I wish I had some

When Bree was little I put her bonnet on a pumpkin, drew a face on it, carved one hole for the mouth and stuck an old pacifier in it. The easiest one I ever did!

Oh, the things we do for our kids!!!!

Edit to add: And I wouldn't have it any other way!!!!!
so true!!! :cloud9: definitely no other way! You can't trade these moments for the world:cloud9:

Yeah, I got an e-mail from the swim coach about an "A" level meet in Dallas coming up.

But Colton doesn't have enough "A" times yet to enter. Chase can't compete because this particular meet is only 10 and above.

Funny thing is.....Chase has more "A" times than several of the 10 year olds on the team.

Oh.....and here's a new one....

They have a meet the weekend of November 9th - 11th. They each have 2 events Friday, 5 events Saturday, and 5 events Sunday.

On Friday, both of them have to swim the 500 meter Freestyle. Neither of them have swam that in competition....that might be interesting.....

And Colton goes back to the doctor on the 7th to possibly get his cast removed.

Maddie was doing much better this morning. I let her sleep in because she really hasn't slept well. Then after her neb treatment she was bouncing off the walls again, so told the school she would be in late. Everything was a cheer this morning. She made up cheers for everything she did....brush our teeth...brush our teeth....go team!

:rotfl2: She is very excited she will get to do the parade at school today and go trick or treating.

Yesterday while I was hunting the city down for candy, I found Britt some shoes she needed to complete her Dorthy costume.

Donna....Sorry Nathan didn't win his game! I bet he played very well!

Dznyfan...I can't wait to go back and read the final installment of your TR. My fingers are crossed that your neighbors move! Sorry Erin is ill today! I certainly hope you weren't nekkid at work!!!:scared1:

Lin...I can't wait to see the picture of your Old Hag pumpkin! I bet it turned out really cool!

2x...I bet your already at the Poly! Hope you have fun!!!

Shashy...Have a great day!

YM...I want to see that video too! :lmao:

Linda...Sorry about your dentist appointment. I hate when Drs do that too! I had one that I would wait in the room for over an hour.

Michele...How many costumes does Lilly have to choose from? I know she has the hunny pot, but what else? Can't wait to see pictures of her first trick or treat! You and Blake gutted 5 pumpkins by yourselves!:scared1: You must have really wanted those seeds!:lmao: Are the boys dressing up this year? Never mind, I forgot Nick is using the scrubs I sent with him. How about Matt, he always comes up with a costume.

DznyFan: Thanks for the great advice!! I will probably go thru CarMax, since they do not negotiate on the price. But I'm keeping my options open! I already know which car I want, I want a PT Cruiser no more than 3 years old. I don't want to settle for something that's not what I really want, so if I can't find one that's affordable (and it looks like I should be able to) then it's not the time to get one right now. It looks like the used ones go for anywhere from 9k to 15k, depending on options. I don't need all the bells & whistles, just the basics is ok for me.

Blake said he could just take his drill and make them all polka dotted pumpkins!!

That could actually be pretty cute!

I read somewhere that people use their Mr. Potato Head pieces to decorate the pumpkins instead of carving them.

They sell pumpkin-head pieces that are very similar, only a little bigger and made just for pumpkin decorating! We had a set, but left our pumpkin out too long and when I went to pick it up, it just smooshed in my hands :crazy2: so I threw the whole disgusting mess out.

When Bree was little I put her bonnet on a pumpkin, drew a face on it, carved one hole for the mouth and stuck an old pacifier in it. The easiest one I ever did!

Oh how cute!! What a great idea.

Ugh, my head is swimming with car stuff! I'm a Libra...can't make a decision to save my life. And once I do, I'll spend the next 5 years wondering if it was the right one. :headache:

Lesa wants to boil me in a big pot of water!!!! :confused3

Or is that me in a nice hot tub with a couple of cuties??? :cool1:

It was after school.........back on the playground........ :lmao:
:cool1: :woohoo: :cheer2: way to go pozey! he shoots...and he scores:cool2:
