happy Sunday night everyone!!
How was your day?? Productive?? Non-productive?? Relaxing?? Busy busy?? Memorable?? Uneventful?? _____________other??
Mine was, eh, just okay. I did meet my friend for our cawfee tawlk this morning at Starbucks, but neither of us could stay very long. This is when I
thought I had plans. I was then to meet my parents for a late lunch/early dinner, but I was soooooo wiped out today. My week finally
did catch up with me. I rescheduled the meal for next weekend when I am off of work, and slept all afternoon. Whoo, did I have some crazy dreams!!!! I dreamed that I was comparison shopping for cigarettes. I don't even smoke!!!??? Don't ask because I really have not a clue!!
Anyway, I also found out that my sister had to put their 13yr. old Wiemeriener (sp??) down today. This was really sad because she hand picked him when he was 7 weeks old. He was an amazing dog--invinsible, if you will. He ate everything under the sun throughout his years, including
whole chocolate cakes off of the counter, a whole tray of
raw spedeini with the toothpicks still in them (an Italian beef roll, for all you non-Italians), cranberry garland off of a Christmas tree(he was pooping fake cranberries for days--ewww). You name it, he's eaten it--couldn't turn your back for one second. He has had two emergency surgeries in his lifetime--once because he flipped his stomach and another two remove a huge mass that formed around the scar tissue. Anyway, enough about this, pixie dust for my sis.
Lyzziesmom--cool--Einsteins here in St. Louis. Was live or was it memorex?? We have a great symphony here, if you like that sort of thing. I love it, but once again, I take things here for granted and never seem to find the time. Or I think about after it's too late.
I must have missed how soon it is til your house closing. How cool is that!!!!!! No more paddling to get to your laundry. and no more butt-crack boy. Where did you find the castle mural for Lyzzie's room??
Hey, looky there, your ticker's back.
DznyFan--you're welcome. I hope this helps. If you do go Italian on The Hill, you really can't go wrong with any of the places, if you find them open at that time. There is one, however--Rigazzi's--skip this one. They are very traditional. I'm not sure if your family likes ravioli, but there is an appetizer here that originated by accident years ago here that has become a St. Louis must. It is called Toasted Ravioli. They are meat-filled ravioli that are breaded in Italian breadcrumbs then deep fried. They serve them with a meat/tomato sauce for dipping. YUMMY--I haven't had those in quite a while. I may have to stop somewhere tomorrow to chow. Just about any Italian place has them on the menu because of its St. Louis heritage.
Donna--your French Toast put my mundane PopTarts to shame!!! I loooove anything French, especially toast!! Thanks for going through all the trouble, because I just had to open the box, but those foil wrappers are a witch with a b.
Hey Linda--how are you holding up, sweetie?? Keeping yourself busy??
That would be awesome if you can just go into work for that short amount of time!!!!! Dreamy.
I can't divulge that info here. Let's just say "phone home" and his wife, raider.
Angela--you want me to post my screen name?? I don't even remember my own name half the time. What's my name?? I don't know. ooops, busted---I just answered myself. Ruh-ro.
Hi to everyone else------------

Donna--cheater, cheater, Pop Tart eater.
