LUVDZNE:: I'm from the southern half of Illinois!! I live about 70 miles east of St. Louis. When we want to go to the Big City, this is where we go. DH works in STL and we're Cardinal fans,too!! I looked on Mapquest where Crystal Lake was. An old boyfriend used to go to college in DeKalb, but that is the closest I've been to your area.(I think that's your area!)

Since I seem to be the only "Green Light" on this morning, I have become really reflective of this thread that IS NOT a clique.I have so many unanswered questions??? Here are a few of them:

1. Where is *Fantasia* and why did she dessert us?

2. Should we start a special thread to seek her out?

3. Why is everybody sleeping in today?

4. Where did some of the original posters go?

5. Do other posters think we are actually a clique???

6. Why am I doing this when I have so much to do today? Am I addicted to the Dis?

Got me thinking on def. of clique...to paraphrase Wikipedia: restricted social group formed by a number of people who share common interests.

Don't think any thread here is restricted...I've felt welcome jumping in on most est. threads, awkward as to "dynamics" but, still included.

Trolls come & go, usually evident by # of posts IMO.

BTW, bring on the POC pictures. Can't say I ever thought jDepp was hot until I saw him as Capt Jack - shiver me timbers!!!! Just saw an older movie he was in (end of days - I think), scary but, held my interest - must have missed it when it first came out...anyone else see it?

donnaleah - we're trying CP for dinner for the 1st time in Oct., usually start out w/Chef Mickey's. How is it, any food rec.? My youngest DS is getting older but, hope he never loses the spirit. Are there older boys @ this char. meal too...someone told me it's mostly toddlers & their families .

I refuse to grow up, even when DH & I are on solo trips in the future (unless we have some grandchildren to drag along) I plan on doing Charactar Meals...never noticed if solo adults typically attend?
