Sure! Its really easy. This recipe will make 2 casserole dishes, but you can easily half it to make one, my family always eats two of them.
2 12oz cans of shoepeg corn - drained
2 15oz cans of french style green beans - drained
2 cans of Cream of Chicken soup
1 cup of grated chedder cheese
1 cup sour cream
Onion flakes, to taste (I think I use about a tablespoon)
Combine all above and put in buttered casserole dish
Topping:
2 sticks melted butter
2 stacks of crushed ritz crackers
1 cup of sliced almonds
Mix together and spread on top of casserole
Bake uncovered @ 325 for 40 minutes
