Good morning or should I say afternoon!

Linda it sounds like you and Kenny had a wonderful time! I've done that a couple of times with the girls, just take them out of school for no reason other than to spend the day with me having fun. It's harder to do now that they are older though. Men sure can be dopes sometimes! David forgets our conversations and says "you never said that"! Drives me nuts! Men!!!!! Can't live with them Can't live without them Glad you guys worked it out. Although something tells me there was no way you would have canceled your trip, you'd have found a way to get a tree there somehow.


I woke up this morning with that awful numbing feeling you get just before your smacked with a head cold. I can feel it coming on and for some reason when I start getting sick, I start "nesting". I work my tail end cleaning everything, even stuff that I've put off doing such as moving furniture and vacuuming under it.

Nicole I can't wait to read more about your trip! Isn't the Savanna View fabulous?

yeah, after planning the last 6 months or so, have all the adr's, the photopass pd for, the Illum. cruise ready to go...and an unbelievable amount of hours scouring sites finding good tips, on TGM and all kinds of stuff for this trip. I made a "book" for each park that is all laminated that has all the menus, where the best views are for everything, the when to do what lists...yes, I have definitely spent more time and $ on this trip than any before. I think I'll see about some other stuff for Kenny too...like fishing, pony ride, renting the "mice" for a little bit at Poly to ride around the lagoon for a little bit...sounds awesome! I can't wait!

Are you a Buckeye fan? I couldn't believe the game!! Mike made the comment that he didn't have any OSU clothes so at Dicks, I bought him a OSU under armour polo. Hopefully he can wear it on our trip!

yeah, there are times I'd like to smack Mike too I'm sure he feels the same though as you guys know...I do have a decent memory most of the time...so I guess this conversation could have been 6 months ago and he did forget but I guess you'll have that!

Both Mike and I were raised Redskin fans; I don't think we were allowed to like anyone else. So, if he will be a pro football player, than naturally he must go to the Skins.

Yeah, no Buckeyes. We are also WVU fans. Unfourtunatly, Mike's aunt and uncle "forget" this and have bought Maryland Terps clothing. Mike says that stuff will not be used ever.

Hey Amber...great news about your Dr appointment. I'm so gald your sugars are behaving and your blood pressure. So your DH thinks you might have a defensive end in the making. Gotta love that! My DS got to play defensive end the last two games of the season and that's a fun spot to play. A little height would be important for getting some long arms up in the quaterback's face!

Linda...wow, sorry about the tiff with the DH. We had a little discussion about taking a Christmas tree over the weekend too. My DH was like where are you going to pack it? I'm like in the suitcase...I guess it will need to be pretty small. Any small table top tree with lights will do. Day 2 Part 1

We wore up bright and early to head on out to MGM.

I saw this outside my window- (Warning- I took at least a million photos of the animals, I'll try to only post a few in my report, well maybe more than a few. )

On to MGM, where Steven rode RNRC and ToT, then we rode some more rides. We went to go see Journey into Narnia and got Dream Fastpasses! We didn't use them though, I wanted to keep mine intact. We ate lunch at Pizza Planet. The pizza wasn't very good but the salad was decent. We then saw Lights, Motors, Action. We headed back to the room to take a break, get ready for MVMCP and explore the resort-

Three days off school! Five day weekend!!!! I'm doing a happy dance!

Nicole, I love both you and Steven's personalities! You are both awesome! Your first day sounds great, and I'm sure that CP may be behind due to the holiday.

Linda, Chris is the most forgetful person I know. We constantly get into tiffs because he forgets things! Do you already have a tree to take? How big? I still haven't done hardly any planning on our trip. I just don't have time lately! I'm pretty sure Chris and I will wind up waiting in the longest lines with no where to see parades from. I have nightmares about it.

We had staff Thanksgiving dinner at our inservice today, and I took shoepeg corn casserole, our family favorite. I made two big casseroles and by the time I got to it I had to scrap the pan for a taste! Guess it was a hit! Now I'm about to start on my Thanksgiving desserts or I won't have time to finish them since Chris wants to go to a Dallas Stars game tomorrow night.

I made two big casseroles and by the time I got to it I had to scrap the pan for a taste! Guess it was a hit! Now I'm about to start on my Thanksgiving desserts or I won't have time to finish them since Chris wants to go to a Dallas Stars game tomorrow night.
