Happy Easter everyone!!!
Anyone have big plans for today? We actually don't have any plans. We are going to hide some eggs for the kids to hunt later, but we aren't having a big dinner or anything.
We went to my Aunt's house yesterday. She always has a big Easter Egg Hunt for the whole family. It was fun.
That sounds like a lot of fun! we've had a great quiet, relaxing day! Kenny got up and discovered the Easter Bunny had visited him

found all the hidden eggs and was having so much fun! I had to then hide the empty eggs so he could find those after he raided the goodies inside

It was a lot of fun. Too bad it had to be inside...it was snowing outside!!
Briana and her friends went to see Meet the Robinsons Friday night. Do they know how to party or what?

Half of them liked it and the others HATED it!!
Great job Tyler!!! I loved it when Matt played soccer!! Soccer and basketball were/are my favorite sports to watch him play. They are just so fast paced!
I can see why...there were good parts but definitely not one of their best. Too slow for me. Its one of those they could have cut 30 minutes out of easily! I love watching the fast paced sports too! I can't wait to watch Kenny play baseball this year!
Hope everyone has a lovely Easter!
Did you make that? it is adorable! Sometimes I make an Easter Bunny cake that is a round cake cut in 1/2 and made to look like a bunny...but I played it llazy this year

we're just throwing a chicken in the rotisserie and not doing anything big. I'm sure your boys are having a blast!
I am still dealing with the whole insurance thing and am still worried sick about the whole thing.
I bet you are

you poor thing! I'm hoping and praying that everything turns out ok!!!
Oh, man.... what a night - venting ahead.... sorry guys.
I was going to post last night in the middle of the stress, but I didn't.
I guarantee the DOT and the charter company are going to get a serious @$$ chewing.

I don't blame you! That is BEYOND ridiculous!!!! I can not even imagine!!!I'm glad they FINALLY made it home safely, but they definitely should have done several things differently! I hope her knee is ok! I bet you were ready to take off toward her yourself. I know I would be... its moments like that when the "inner momma bear" comes out and we're ready to rumble!!! I hope she's ok and I'm so sorry you had such a stressful night
We did something this morning we have never done before -- we walked out of church in the middle of the service!
The kids are busy playing with their Easter toys - they got very little candy but a bunch of little toys. Lyzzie said she woke up at 2:57am and found all the eggs & presents! I expect her to be very tired and/or crabby this afternoon. It actually worked out nicely that way, because she had all the joy of finding eggs and then she left them alone so Emma could find and collect them, and she helped Emma find them - it was so sweet!
Wow

I would have done the same thing. I remember watching that movie in the theater just sobbing...but there is NO WAY I would let Kenny watch that movie

I told Mike and his reaction was "OMG!!!" You definitely did the right thing! My child doesn't need to be seeing that!wow!!! That is too cute that Lyzzie let Emma find the eggs...and helped her

she is such a sweetheart!! Kenny got up before me and just sat quietly on the couch until I came out!! It only took me about 10 minutes, I didn't know he was up

sneaky little thing! but he was sitting on the couch waiting for us to come out before he touched anything!! Too cute!!
Amber... how fun w/your brother! I'm sure he enjoyed it!
Hey there Bonnie, Nicole, Ashley, Lesa, Donna,Angela, Yolanda,Amber, YM, Lyzziesmom, pozey,Sherri,April,Underdog, and anyone else I'm forgetting!!
