On Monday morning, I'm going to get a molar extracted! (note inflection of sarcasm). And Tuesday I'm not going to do anything. I have vacation time to kill before the end of the month!

Thanks. I did ask about the shot because I would LOVE no cycles (it was my favorite part of pregnancy - besides the end result of course), but she doesn't reccommend it for me because it can cause weight gain and I am already too much overweight on my own. Apparently I have some sort of hormone imbalance which they can't quite pin down, and as a result I have never been regular.

I do miss when they were babies though, there's just something about a tiny little baby that gets me all silly.

Yeah I gained weight from the shot...and it took me almost 2 years after being off it to finally get pregnant w/Kenny but as you know, it was well worth the wait! That is what I was thinking...hormones. Darn things! I miss the baby stages too

Yes, the Passat is a VW...I guess that is different than a Volvo...but I still would worry about oil changes! Ok...so I drive a Chevy... Is the Yukon a GM? It is huge. I usually park way out so I can pull through a spot! I've done so good until it snowed here and we had huge piles of snow in the parking lots for a good week. I backed into a snow pile(that was frozen solid) and put two ugly dents in my fender. Thank you for the kind compliment on my family. We did want a girl but as you know boys are very special...and I must say...they really love their moms!

Yeah,the Yukon is GMC... I'd have to park like that too! Ouch..I've done that before too darn snow pile jumped behind me when I wasn't looking I wanted a girl too ...but now I wouldn't change anything for the world. Yes, our boys are closer to us anyway seems like the girls are daddys girl and boys are mom's boys! I can handle that. Pozey can too I'm sure !!

OMG!!! I hope they catch whoever did that!

I doubt it...his office is right at the front where you walk in off the street. The rest of us are only about 10' away...but people can walk in and out w/o us seeing who it was. We have guys coming in and out all day so we don't pay any attention to it

I didn't realize this until just now, but Lyzzie has Monday off too! I don't get another paid holiday until Memorial Day. That seems like forever away. I think I will see if my mom will bring the kids to have lunch with me on Monday. We meant to do that over Christmas break but never really got around to it.

Linda: I can't believe that laptop thief! Did anybody see who it was? When I was getting ready to buy my camera, the clerk at Target took it off the safety cord and removed the anti-theft sensor/sticker and put batteries in it because the power supply wasn't working. Then he left the department for like 10 minutes! I was thinking... gee if I was a different kind of person I could just walk right out of here with this camera. I mentioned it to Lyzzie and asked her if would be the right thing to do, since it would save us a bunch of money. She had the right reaction: looking at me like I grew a third eyeball! I couldn't even believe that guy did that - you never know what kind of things could happen.

awww good for Lyzzie! We're teaching them right! they were in and out w/o anyone seeing anything! woops! Kenny is off Monday too..but thankfully Mike will be able to watch him. we have to wait til Memorial day too so glad we have vacation coming up
the bad thing is that I always leave my purse at my cubicle...NOT ANYMORE!! I have disney tickets in there!!! Oh, and $, credit cards and the other normal stuff....geeze...I need to stop doing that.

Scary! We've had that happen in our building from time to time - purses, wallets - people will walk right into back doors to suites that are unlocked, or into small suites when there's nobody around, and just grab and go. Amazing what people will do, even when there are other people around!

I can't believe the nerve of some people. I have to watch that..too trusting. You never think it will happen...but unfortunately it does

I love mine, it has adjustable lumbard (sp?) support in the drivers seat which is awesome. My friend has the G6 and she adores it.
I'll miss everyone! I'm getting a little nervous!

Lyzziesmom, I have severe regularity problems too. I was originially on ortho and I kept telling the doctor I was gaining alot of weight on it...she kept telling me it was my eating habits (which hadn't changed) so I wound up switching to Seasonale (3 months between) and it was great at first but then I was spotty quite a bit of the time. Now I am on Yasmin and so far it is great! I'm losing a little bit of weight on it and it is very regular. I am giving you a big virtual hug right now!

I know, I know, TMI...Sorry!

Well, I need to print my resumes, cover letter and references, go pick up my jacket from the dry cleaners, stop by the bank and finish laundry so I can finish packing. If I don't check in again everyone have a fabulous week! Donna, I'll eat some Figaro Fries in your honor! And Dznyfan, I'll try to get over to OKW for a drink at the Suitcase!

Thank You! Me too.... this coming from someone who had major surgery a couple years ago - I'd almost rather do that than go to the oral surgeon. Oh, well, at least I have an excuse to go by Cold Stone and pick up something special for me to put in my freezer.

Yes..they are very roomy. We have the captian chairs in the back and then bench behind them.

I have the same seat configuration in my Tahoe.

We get Monday off too but it's goverment work also. I don't work Mondays so I'm already off. DH does not get many days off during the year because they usually shut down during Christmas to New Year...sound like he's in the airplane business.

Does your DH work for AA? I have several friends that work at AA, and I recall them saying they close from Christmas to New Years.

Yes, AA does close down. I would tell you the name of his company but it's not a name you would recognize because Boeing sold their company here! But anywho they still build Boeing planes!

On a related note.......Colton told me that he tried out for the 5th Grade Select Choir yesterday. Again, he does all these things without being told to from neither me nor DW!! I am so proud of him!! And Chase and Courtney as well!

The weather makes a huge difference. the dark dreary days just aren't as pleasant as a beautiful sunny day. How can you be in a bad mood when it is so beautiful out?

well, we found some evidence from our theif...he left a magazine and a job application from the business across the street the boss went over there and they had a complete description of the guy, he was snooping around there and got caught! The police won't even come out guess there isn't anything more we can do. Pretty crazy. They're going to start locking the door and put a buzzer at the door. That makes me feel better!

Good to see you back Jeni!! I haven't checked the weather in Florida lately, but going on experience.....what is the cold snap?? Highs in the 60's and lows in the 40s? I'm just kidding with ya Jeni! I know from experience - born in Florida and still have lots of relatives there - that if it gets below 50......it's FREEZING!!

I usually don't let weather affect my moods. Most of the time, I have a very even keel when it comes to moods. DW, on the other hand......food affects her mood. She gets very cranky when she's hungry!!

Hi again, Jeni! I envy your location. Weather doesn't bother me too much, but I live in an area that has very distinct seasons. During the winter, everything is the same color - kind of a grayish brownish. The trees, the ground, sometimes the sky... that gets old after a while, and then spring comes. I get kind of 'blah' if it's overcast for several days in a row during the winter. I have to agree w/ Pozey's DW on the food thing, though...
