Hi again Jeni! I used to live in SFL so I totally understand about the cold snap. As soon as it got below 70, I'd pull out the leather jacket! I even have photos of me in WDW one year in October, I'm in my leather jacket and everyone else is in shorts & tees. But when you're used to 90s, the 60s feel darn cold! I do think weather can affect moods. Have you ever heard of light therapy? Sometimes to treat depression, they will have people sit in front of a light box that simulates sunlight, and it helps them more than medication. Amazing. I suffer from arthritis and any change in the weather affects how my body feels, which in turn affects my mood. 7 and 3, huh? My kids are 8 and 2.5 - pretty close! What part of SW FL are you in (sorry if you answered that already)? I lived near Ft. Lauderdale for 15 years and I never really liked it, but I vacationed in Naples a couple times and I loved it! The west coast of FL is just so much prettier, and the people seem to be nicer & more laid back over there. I like having seasons (I live in Kansas City now) and really hated having no seasons in FL, but I'm about done with winter for now and ready for spring - my favorite!

Linda: That stinks about your boss's laptop - why won't the police come out? At least the guy was nice enough to leave some clues. Perhaps if the computer won't work for him, he will get frustrated and bring it back! It sounds like he is not the smartest thief.

Pozey: I can just picture you lalalala-ing with your fingers in your ears! Although in this case, I guess it would be over your eyes?

Thanks! I figure the picture will be good blackmail material when she gets older. I'm with you on the warm clothes issue... when I lived in FL I had the hardest time finding nice work clothes. Everything was either too hot or showed sweat stains - yuck!

I bought the new plum book last night, too. I just started it but I think it would be difficult to understand if you hadn't read the other between the numbers bool "Visions of Sugar Plums"

We finally got our ID badges at work. I'm not crazy about the picture, but what woman usually is? Luckily no one will be looking at it too closely.

Briana had to pick me up from school today so she came early and visited some of her old teachers. I didn't know she was in the building and after school I was teasing some of my 8th graders about hugging. We don't allow the hugging, esp betw boyfriend and girlfriend. But I try to get my point across by joking around rather than yelling or being mean. I find that they will listen to me better that way. Anyway, I'm standing there telling them no hugging in school when Briana walks up behind me and hugs ME! Then all the kids are laughing and saying 'Mrs C there's no hugging in school!'

Guess what I got in the mail today!?!?!? My ME documents!!

Yes... it's funny because Lyzzie has pretty much always looked the same, but Emma changes almost monthly. I was reminded of your family picture, where Courtney was so little but the boys look pretty much the same.

Hi everyone!!

Well, last night we had the first snow of the season! Luckily it was just flurries and they melted when they landed on the ground. Its so strange because just Saturday it was in the 70's and I was wearing short sleeves and flip flops and now I have to wear layers!!! I'm not complaining though, I know how much snow you guys have gotten so far!!

Nothing else new happening here. I'm trying to get motivated to take down the Christmas lights outside but its too cold! I think I'll stay inside!

Donna, I'm glad to see you are ok! We were worried about you.

This is actually from a trip my family took to WDW. I think it was my parents, Grandparents, my aunts, and my Great-Grandparents. We were staying off property. Can you believe how young my parents look?! (Well- they were young! Only 18.)

We were standing in line for Pirates, actually after we took this picture the overhead came on and they screamed at us for taking it!!!
