I have good news - A new code came out for April, so I was able to get free ticket upgrades!! I did have to settle on a standard room, but hopfully a preferred room will open up. My little brother is going to be so excited. He really wanted to go to the water parks, but I didn't want to spend the extra money.

I got that same deal last year for May! It sounds like the same deal I got for this February trip too, free upgrades on the tickets. The only problem is, you get too many of the "& more" visits... I upgraded last year's tickets to non-expiring 10 day and used the extra days on my Sept trip, and I STILL have I think 5 visits left for waterparks, and now I'll have even more on this new ticket. I told Lyzzie we could conceivably take a trip and do nothing but the waterparks for a week!

Actually I just noticed that the special runs through 6/02 - that is Emma's birthday! Last year we went about a week and a half before her birthday - end of May - and it was perfect... low crowds, nice weather, and she could still fly for free! We celebrated her birthday the whole trip, I think it was 5 days. It was great!

that would be awesome!!! that is the HARDEST part of Mike being retired...he just doesn't have to be anywhere..... but Kenny has school and I have work... If it wasn't for that...I'd be wanting to GO GO GO..well, I still want to, but just can't miss that much. Not as much as I would love to. Darn it! uh it's always something!

Hi everyone

Nothing new going on here, except I'm alittle excited because Jeremiah found out this is going to be a long weekend because of the holiday Monday! Last year he didn't get this holiday off because his company doesn't give it. I dont know if you guys know, but he started his job up here at one company- then he transferred to this other company that the first company bought and he was the only one in Virginia working for the second company. Well, they would always have holidays off (the first company) and the second one wouldn't and he would be the only one in the office those days. Well since he's the only one in the office now besides 2 other guys and they have off (they fired everyone else), he decided he's taking it off whether is boss likes it our not. So thats the good news!!!


Can you believe that news story where the mother put the baby in the oven? I'm watching Nancy Grace (from last night, I TIVO it) and it is making me so FURIOUS!

Amber, so sorry about you feeling down. I knew you were trying because I read the trying to concieve board too (I don't post though) but I didn't want to say anything incase you didn't want everyone to know. Jeremiah wants to start trying now too (he is your guys age) but I am hesistant because I want to live near my family first. I hope you get knocked up soon!

Ashley: it feels like a Friday to me - I really wish it were. The good news though is that Emma is coming home tonight! She won't be home until just before her bedtime though, so I won't get to enjoy her for long. That girl is a BEAR if she doesn't get enough of her beauty sleep!
