Hey.. I see Donna answered the question but I must add. My DH uses something called Body Glide that you can get at a running store like Fleet Feet or Runner's World. He uses it on his chest things (don't want to get edited ) You wouldn't believe the men coming across the finish line with blood all over their shirt from bleeding "nippies". Sorry if that was TMI.

Don't worry, no one ever listens to me! Bloody nippies from running!! I've never heard of such a thing! That explains why dh doesn't run.

My favorite is a tshirt I saw last year that says, "I'm Grumpy because you're Dopey" Cracks me up every time!! I hope you get your MIL situation cleared up... sounds like she is ready to GO! Maybe she just got her weekends mixed up?

I got that shirt for my dad the last time we were at Disney. The kids call him grumpy instead of grandpa. It was perfect because my mom is a little dopey! I also got them the pins that say I'm with grumpy and the other says I'm with dopey.




Ashley....I hope Ruby is feeling better soon. I bet that was scary! I would have done the same thing you did. I would recommend that since you don't know what caused it that you keep some benadryl on hand. Ask your vet what would be an o.k. dose for Ruby. A little pixie dust for Ruby!

I have never heard of that buckey recipe before. I have always made it with PB and powder sugar. It does sound good though. I have never heard of a bar of canning wax!

Madison woke up this morning refusing to talk. She mouthed everything and did a bit of crazy sign language. Needless to say it made an interesting morning!

Lin...you must have said a bad word. Funny that I didn't notice it until you pointed it out. Sewer...how long has that been there? That's worthy of showing to my 6 and 9 year old. I think Angela's boys would like that one...aren't they the ones with the fart machine?

Hey everyone!!

Thanks for the well wishes regarding Ruby. She looks much, much better now! We slept all day together, and I feel much better too! We just ordered a pizza and we are taking it easy tonight! We are going to watch the Houston Rockets game (basketball) that we recorded from last night.

The vet did recommend that we keep children's Benadryl on hand. I have to give it to her every 4 hours for the next 48 hours, a children's dose. The vet did mention that she possibly could have been stung/bit by something. I have no idea.

I really want to try the Buckeye's! I've never had them before.

DznyFan- I was baffled by the amount of ingredients too! I guess it is for parties or something. I will have to look up another recipe that is just for 2 people!!

YM- Since it was 4:30 in the morning, they were serving breakfast so we got her an egg, bacon and cheese bagel. She sure seemed to enjoy it!

Lucky Ruby! We've had a time with Sophie since she had her cough. As soon as she stopped coughing she started throwing up...yuck I know. We've had her on a special gastroenteritis food that cost $17.50 for an 8lb bag. That last her exactly a week. We've tried weaning her back to regular dog food but when we get to the full strength she can't seem to digest it well. I bought some Purina ONE sensitive stomach and I'm mixing it half an half. So far it's going well (only two days though). I think the purina ONE smells terrible...it's salmon and tuna. I'm not a huge fish eater although I know it's good for me. She seems to really like it...I hope it works. Whew...I went through all that just to say she hasn't had any treats (at least not on purpose). Sometimes I will pack my DH leftovers from dinner and I'll let it cool for a little while. I never seem to push the containers far enough back on the cabinet...she helps herself occasionally. I think I might find a nice photo of Sophie to add to my siggie!

Wow, the sun was so nice and bright and warm today. The down side to that is I think I'm close to having a migraine. I don't get them very often but it's been pretty bad all day. I know there are several on here that get them. What do you guys take? Obviously I'm still at the funtional stage because I can read and type(you guys are used to my typing). Mine actually started last night...couldn't sleep worth a hoot. I even had to turn the TV off early. I have the bad habit of having the tv on while falling alseep. I do have a medication called fioricet but it's more for tension headaches.

I see the itinerary is posted. I hope to finish packing this weekend. I have a busy week next week and I'm sure I'll be trying to plan my DH's iterinary too (mother hen). They are actually going to take a tiny trip themselves....yea...that will be great!

Miss Donna...you know how we worry when we don't see you on...I know...you are under a lot of pressure around here.

Aww Ashley, glad to hear Ruby is doing better. Things like that can be scary I remember my dog Princess got to where she was having seizures. OH it was so sad. I felt so bad for her! It would just wipe her out and she'd get sick and just lay around. Poor girl A bacon, egg and cheese bagel lucky dog !!!

I'm so excited I can hardly contain myself!! Here is our plan so far:
Tuesday: Start driving to FL... 16 hr drive

Wednesday: get in town, check in a hotel off property. Get some rest Head to DTD for some shopping, maybe AKL or Yacht and Beach Club for Beaches and Cream

Thurs. Up early to get our tix at POFQ and be to MK by 8am, back for a nap and get checked in...then back to MK for P&P cheer2:

Friday: AK in the am, nap, then Epcot we'll finally get to meet up w/our dis buddies Le Cellier for dinner...drooling smilie here
then Sat. w/the gang.

Sunday off to Port Canaveral
Monday is at Nassau
Tuesday is at Castaway Cay
Wed. day at sea
Thurs. time to head home
YM...I don't know if you have any darvacet around but those help me sometimes w/a migraine. Mike has to go to sleep w/the tv on too... uhh it keeps me awake most of the time...I get to interested on what's on tv and lay there and watch it I guess you'll have that! Hope Sophie gets straightened out soon too. 17.50 a bag Ouch! That's a GOOD steak! Yay...our trip is right around the corner!!!

Well... this is the 3rd week in a row Kennys dad canceled!! Well, he didn't call or anything today...but it didn't take long at all for him to start dropping out of the pix again. I wish he'd just make up his mind and do what is right for Kenny. Either stay in or out of his life. It makes it so much harder for Kenny

2x...If you want the "micken" jacket, I could pick one up for you. I have like 5 Wal Marts close to me at home and or work Hope you get to feeling better Hope you see some positive results from your new treatments!!!
