Pirate booty just for me? Oh luv, you shouldn't have! That pirate doesn't look nearly as nice as my Jack-y poo.
lyzziesmom said:OH! I almost forgot to tell you all..... I mentioned to the new boss that I would be out of town in Feb for a few days, and since it's a little bit before my vacation time takes effect can we work something out, and she said.... NO PROBLEM!!! So... I am definitely going to attend the Cliqueless Convention! (or Conference, or whatever the heck we are calling it this week.) D'oh! How could I forget to mention that??
Tic tac toe, three in a row! Posts by me, that is.
Sadly, I am not nearly as good at talking to myself as our dancin Pin-cess is. On second thought, that's probably a good thing. (sorry 2x!)
ETA: Never mind. I'm not talking to myself after all!! The Pin-cess posted at the same time I was writing!
Your vacation got approved!!!
I asked right before I booked the airfare.

My son and I are all ready to go! I've got the christmas CD's ready and all the ingrediants together. FUN!
. It's the one time that my DS and I have cookies all day long. Besides, a good chef always tastes her food
My poor husband is going to come home to 2 very hyper people.
I wish I was getting off early! NO SHOPPING!!!

Hope you get to feeling better Pozey!

I saw a cute way of making "gingerbread houses" using graham crackers instead of gingerbread. They are so cute! You just use a bread knife to carefully cut them when you need different shapes than just the rectangluar pieces and then decorate them like normal. You can make whole little villages really quickly! I think it is the current issue of Martha Stewart Living.
Have fun with your girls and bf!
hope you get to feeling better. I didn't feel the greatest today either. Definitely different reasons
and a nice lunch/dinner w/the dbf
its so nice to finally meet you...now tell me about soup, fritters, and Godiva
j/k!!!
those pies sound incredible... too bad we all live so far apart
... well...most of us! I think I've seen the souffle recipe around too... I'll have to try that!
and I was forced to go to bed for days and I never got to finish it. Now, I say ehh, it's old news, right? Anyway, here we are still trying to get acclimated (sp? Oh spelling nazi?
) to our new home and state. Boy, that's not fun. They want your first born just to get a driver's license here!! Well, they'll be waiting a long time because I can't even get pregnant! Anyway, I do need to get a copy of my birth certificate to get it but I can't get my birth certificate because they want a driver's license with my current address on it. Umm, yeah, that's the problem!! I can't get the driver's license without the birth certificate people!!!! I thought we were going to get to go home for turkey day and I could just physically go and pick it up but that's not going to happen
so now on to plan B. And that requires DH requesting my birth certificate because he's my spouse. Oh, the red tape.
