Speaking of pirates...Did anyone notice/ or is interested the Pirate & Princess Party at MK the night of Mon. Feb 5th? It kind of sounds like fun, but it is an extra ticketed event and may be geared towards smaller children?? Maybe I need to do more research.

We went to see Open Season today. I tried to talk the boys into Flicka...but it was a no go. We really don't go to movies very often....niether of my boys liked them when they were little...they were not big on loud noises. They do ok now as long as it's not scary. I took them to a bar for lunch... Toby Keith's I love this Bar (and grill ). There were lot of tv's playing football games. No band and no Toby...

A north wind moved in while we were inside the movies and I don't envy anyone going to Oklahoma football games tonight....Pozey...I hope you brought your blankie. The wind was gusting over 30mph.

Donna....get those pictures posted....I don't recall ever seeing a picture of Nathan?

ETA....I'll look up the info about the party(Princess and Pirate)....might be fun....we will have a bunch of Princess' and of course ONE queen.

Thanks for the advice Donna! I plan to alternate between a drink (no doubles!) and water. It's supposed to be kind of a special night, if you get my drift *wink wink nudge nudge* so I definitely don't want to overdo it!

I took a picture of myself a few minutes ago with my new phone and it actually came out good (which is suprising because I usually hate pics of myself), I must share with you all:

Hi everyone!!

Hope your having a good Saturday.

We went to a couple places today- Jeremiah got a haircut, I went to the dollar store while he was doing that, we went to Cold Stone and used my certificate for a free birthday sundae. We got chocolate ice cream, mixed with oreo's, marshmellows and chocolate syrup! It was soo good, but the thing was so big we couldn't even finish it!! Things always taste better when they are free!!

We also went to a Chinese place for dinner, but it was gross.

We originally thought our plane took off from MCO at 5:10 but decided to call due to a little mishap with time on our way down. Come to find out our departing flight was changed to 7:10 pm. What to do with those two extra hours at WDW, you may ask------why, check out DVC, of course.

Had a lovely time------record heat, though and a bit of sun poisening to boot. You'd think in my career I'd know better but never even crossed my mind that my meds would make me so sun sensitive. Fun. Fun. Fun.

I must sleep now---will catch up later.

I've missed all of you but thought of you often!!!! And laughed, of course. People were starting to stare at the crazy chick giggling.

Welcome back Pin-cess!! Sun poisoning, huh? Yikes, sorry to hear that. Otherwise, I'm sure you had a wonderful time! 2 extra hours in the world ... yay!

Thanks to everyone for the well wishes for last night! We had a very nice time. I had a bottle of champagne in my fridge that I was given a few years ago, when I was pregnant with Emma in fact, that was kind of sitting around waiting for an occasion to be opened. We broke into that last night which was lovely, but only got through half of it which seems like a bit of a waste. Ah well.

YM - My eyes are blue, not green, but they are kind of on the gray side. And it's Cottonelle. I had a feeling one of you would comment on the T.P. !!

Ashley, I keep forgetting to go to Cold Stone for my free ice cream, shame on me! Aren't they huge? Yours sounds like it was delicious, now I'm wanting ice cream for breakfast! Oh Donna....

2x2s::Sleeping in this morning? We really are excited to hear about the trip!!!

I may take a trip to Lowe's some time today. Because of the microwave installation mix-up, Lowe's sent us a gift card and failed to put the $ amount on it. I'm guessing it's maybe $10. Maybe I can find a new valance for my patio door there. They have some pretty nice window coverings.

Nathan took a 2 hour nap yesterday afternoon. This is a kid that hardly ever has a nap unless he's not feeling well. We were invited to a weiner roast at one of his friend's parents house, but I've been fighting a sore throat. Decided the cool night air was something we should probably avoid.

2x is home! BACK We missed you! We can't wait to hear all about your trip! 2 extra hours in the world, you lucky duck!!! Sun poisening, I feel for you! The last time we were there I had a bit, I too didn't think about my medication. I also have had my precious lips sunburn, they swelled up so big... this is what they looked like. Note to self....bring sunscreen for the lips!

lizziesmom....You are beautiful! Definitely a twinkle in your eye! Sounds like the date went well! Inquiring minds want to know why you only made it through half a bottle.

Maddie's elbow is still swollen and she cannot straighten it out. Last night she spiked a fever of 104. She was in bed with me, so I actually felt the fever rise. The poor thing not only is having problems with her asthma and her elbow, but now she can add a bug to the mix. She seems to be feeling much better, she is licking the powder sugar off her plate from her donut.

Good Morning!

Donna- Yumm....breakfast sure looks good! I think I am getting a cold too. So I went to Walmart yesterday to finally develop my trip pics (several of which didn't come out) and picked up some Zicam.

Yay 2X is home!!!! I can't wait to hear everything that happened!

Lesa- I hope Maddie feels better soon.



Yesterday Steven went to Austin for his friends birthday and I didn't want to go so I went out with his sisters to the mall and found 3 pairs of heels for $16.00! Only one I think I'll actually be comfy in, the others are kind of high but for $5 each, I just had to have them! After that I went with my sister to eat and to Walmart. So I had a good Saturday.

I must confess, part of the reason we only got through half a bottle of champagne is because we started with a bottle of red wine. The rest of the reason... I'm not at liberty to say (family board).

Lesa, did you say you had Madison's elbow xrayed? Did they xray it more than once? I only ask because when I broke mine, it initially did not show up on the xray and they said that is fairly common with elbows. I'd be concerned about her not being able to straighten it, that is one of the signs of a "hidden" fracture. Poor kid, sounds like she's having a rough time. But powdered donuts... yummy!
