Good Morning!

Thanks for breakfast Donna! (even thoough I can't see it, that's ok)

Michelle- party: Yay for Matt!!!!

Have a great Friday everyone!

Lost my post. :badpc:

Thanks Donna for the breakfast...were those panckes... ;)

Great job Matt on your football season. :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

My boys stayed with Grandma last night. I slept really good. Sophie woke me up at 9:45 :cloud9: ...I was a little surprised it was that late. The doorbell just rang and I didn't need to answer it....no the kids can't play. :teeth: I haven't left my bedroom today. :cheer2: I do have a cinnamon crunch bagel waitng for me in the kitchen...when the pancakes wear off.

Ashley....I'm glad 2xcited isn't riding EE...I have a picture in my mind of what she might look like. ;) By the way...no pressure in Feb....we don't want anyone sick on our litle getaway.

Howdy folks!

Been a few days since I have been on. I guess I may be seeing peaks of what might actually be a life. :3dglasses Ummm...Maybe not, wishful thinking! I fell asleep last night about 7:30, my peeps just wouldn't stay open. I missed Greys Anatomy. :guilty:

Madison had to go to the Orthopedic today. Her elbow is still swollen. She is able to move it all about without much pain, but she is not able to fully straighten it out. She has some fluid built up, but they still do not see a fracture which is good. He put her in a sling (which she hates) and no gymnastics or much of anything for 2 weeks. She took it o.k. but was rather upset when she asked him if she could still jump rope at recess and he said not for 2 weeks. For some reason that upset her! :confused3 They also see a bit of weaking of her bone (signs of early osteoporosis) not very common for this age, but he said we will keep an eye on it. She should have no problems with it in gymnastics. He was also pretty amazed at her flexibility. When most people straighten their arm it just goes straight, but when she straightens her arm the elbow bends back just a bit further. It is very strange looking.

:cheer2: Yah Matt! Congratulations! :cheer2: Wish we could have been there. :guilty: I bet everyone froze their booties off! :cold: Brittany loved being able to call and check up on the game with her new cell phone!

Happy Birthday Mom!!! :dance3: :rockband: party:

Donna.....snakes! :scared1: :faint: I hate snakes!

Should we put a countdown till our Feb. trip??????? I need something to look forward to right about now.

I hope everyone has a great Friday!

Lesa...sorry to hear about Madison's elbow. My neighbor's daughter had a problem with hers last year. She is big into cheer and gymnastics. She had fluid on it for a while and I think they finally cast it. Good luck and here's a little pixie dust. pixiedust:

No you're not the only one, but this board is so big there are a lot of non-cliqu-ee peeps on here that are cool.

Hi everyone :yay:

TGIF. Jeremiah went to CarMax today and it was only $20 to get the brake light fixed. It's kind of annoying, the wires were just lose but the guys at Jiffy Lube didn't see that. So he had to take time off work to go get that done and he didn't get there until 10:30.

Lesa, I would like a countdown ticker too! How should we word it? I need something to look forward to, too..I've been down in the dumps lately.

Nicole, Your Vegas trip is coming up pretty fast!!! How exciting.

2xcited, Hope your having fun NOT riding Everest today :teeth:

:wizard: OH! Poll. I just remembered I have a certificate for a free photopass picture that I totally forgot about. :rolleyes1 If you guys remember my pictures- which one do you think I should order? I can't decide. The 30 day expiration is coming up soon! :guilty:

That's good you got the brake light fixed. Good thing it wasn't too expensive.

I am kind of excited about the trip, I would rather go back to WDW!!!! But I know I will have a good time. If I win some money I would have an even better time!

No I don't remember your photos. Sorry!

Ashley, that's good news about the brake light. At least it was something simple, even if it was a hassle to get it fixed.

Lesa, too bad about Madison's elbow. Having broken both of mine in the last 5 years, I know how difficult it can be. Hopefully it'll clear up soon and she'll be back to gymnastics in no time!

My mom brought Emma to have lunch with me today. I brought Emma into the office after lunch to make the rounds and show her off. She was so funny, she would run into the middle of a group of people and then stare at the floor and not look at anybody! Somebody told her she had on a cute shirt, and she turned her back so he couldn't look at it. Someone else gave her a sheet of stickers, and she snatched them and ran away. But then going back to the car, she was waving the stickers around over her head like they do at Chef Mickey's with the napkins!

:wave2: Hey strangers :) It's been SO busy :sad2: trying to catch up around here!!

I'll have to catch up later or this weekend.

I've been searching prices... looks like it would have been about $1600ish for our Feb trip for 4 nights...I'm trying to talk Mike into 4 night cruise and 3 nights at wdw..b/c that would only be about $2100... and they come w/7 day hoppers :rolleyes1 sounds awesome to me :teeth: I think it is WELL worth an extra $500 ::yes:: most definitely!!

HOW CUTE OF EMMA :cloud9: !!

Hey everybody! Been a crazy couple of days!

Lesa, I hope your DD's elbow progresses! Pixie Dust to you!!

Lizziesmom, thanks for the comment on my pups! They are indeed Pomeranians. I've never been without one since I was 7!

Chris and I went to the Neuroglist today to go over his MRI results. He has one spot in the white matter of the brain and something behind the right eye. He is scheduled for a Spinal Tap and someother eye test on Halloween to determine if it is, in fact, MS or is something else. We're praying for something else, hopefully nothing!

My sister in law called yesterday to say that The Lion King is touring in Orlando when we are going to be there in January. I AM SO EXCITED! Julie Taymor is my idol, that woman is amazing. I have several books on the production but have never seen it. I hope we get the tickets. We put down the deposit on POP and are still waiting to book the airfare. I'm hoping that since Southwest can fly direct to Orlando now they will release a really great deal on the flights. Here's hoping!

I'm off to start my meatloaf for dinner!

Sure is slow on our little thread tonight. Everyone must be busy. We got home a little while ago from Nathan's Cub Scout meeting.
Sorry the breakfast this morning wasn't showing, but I fixed it for you!!(I think.)

YourMajesty:: Got to sleep in today !!!?? :thumbsup2 That cinnamon crunch bagel was probably tastier than my invisible pancakes. :teeth:

Lesa::I hope Madison's elbow turns out OK. It's good that the doctor detected possible osteoporosis early. Give her a hug from me.
I'm more than ready for a trip counter! Take me away!!! :moped:

Ashley:: YAY!! :yay: Your tail light finally got fixed!!! :thumbsup2 Are you suffering from Post-Disney Depression(PDD)? I remember the Photopass Pictures, weren't there 2 of them? I may have to go check again unless you re-post them.

lyzziesmom:: Ooooh, Emma sounds like she is going through her shy stage!! She sounds like quite the sweetie!! princess: Have a good weekend!!!

Linda:: Been a busy gal?? I have missed your posts the last couple of days!!! Your plan for WDW/Cruise sound great!!!! :woohoo:

Lin::I'm sending som Pixie Dust pixiedust: for your DH. Hope the problems turn out to be VERY minor ones.

:welcome: Aztecgoods!!!!!

Hope everyone has a super evening!!! See you in the morning. :sunny:

Hey everyone :)

Anybody been to JCPENNEY lately? They are having a big sale on everything. We went there tonight and I got 2 warm sweaters- Buy 1, Get One for 38 cents!! Pretty good deal.

Donna, I think I am suffering the Post-Disney blues. :guilty: Thanks for the breakfast, I see it now!!! :sunny:

Hope everyone had a good Friday. We were going to go out for dinner but I didn't feel like it and just made chicken nuggets and Mickey Mac & Cheese (purchased at Orlando Airport!!) for dinner.

Lin- I saw The Lion King maybe 4 years ago and it was FABULOUS!! I loved it. I would love to go and see it again. I also saw Beauty & The Beast and that was wonderful!!

Good morning everybody! Lin...the lion king is so awesome!!! I took Kenny to it when it was in town 2 years ago. I had never even taken him to the movies yet b/c I didn't know if he'd sit that long but the lion king was almost 3 hrs and he just sat as good as can be. He loved it and so did I. They're going to be in OH in Feb. but I'll have to look and see if we can swing everything at once w/our trip in Feb. too. The Sat. show is sold out and I cant have Kenny missing too much school if we're going to be gone a week for wdw/cruise... have to wait and see. my prayers are w/you and your dh!

Sorry pozey..you should have won for sure. Bad judges :sad2: that's ok...we all know yours was really the best;)...

well... I'll try to catch up more later. Between work being so crazy and Kenny having parties to attend...its been busy! He had a soccer party Thurs. at Pizza Hut. That was so cute and fun...today is haircuts, Halloween party and taking Kenny to his first Halloween haunted hayride :woohoo: I asked him if he'd be scared and his reply was..." I think I can handle it mom :thumbsup2 " We'll see how that goes :rolleyes1 its only $5 so it can't be that scary :goodvibes

Ashley...we did go to Pennys last weekend... they had everything like buy one get one for 88cents or something...I didn't buy anything though. Glad you got your car fixed :cheer2:

lyzziesmom... sorry your shots aren't helping :guilty: But it is so awesome you have a great b/f... sounds like you'll be finding a better job soon :woohoo: glad its going good!! :)

gotta go...Kenny just got up :cool1: Have a great Saturday everybody!

Good Morning Everyone!!!!
Good morning, Linda!!! Sounds like you have a busy weekend planned!!!
Nathan has a special Scout presentation this morning. A man is coming to talk about SNAKES!!!!! That should be really interesting. Then I have to do some banking, grocery shopping and I'm on the hunt for some new hoodies or light weight jacket or sweaters.

I think I'm hungry for French Toast this morning!! Care to join me??

Sweet picture Linda....I think Kenny should do great on the hayride in that costume. pirate: pirate:

Ashley...glad you found some good buys on sweaters. :Pinkbounc

Linzybrooke...so sorry about your DH. I'm sure you all are very anxious to figure out what is going on. Prayers and pixie dust to your dh. pixiedust:

Donna thanks for the french toast...oh and those pancakes looked very tasty :teeth: Have fun looking at snakes today. :scared: :faint:

Pozey...we are in the big city right now and guess where we will be eating for dinner???

:wave2: Hi Nicole :rockband:

COME HOME PIN-CESS WE MISS YOU princess:

Linda:: I love Kenny's pirate costume!!! The dreadlocks have me rolling!!! He's very serious cmpetition for the real Jack Sparrow!! IMO!!! ;) pirate:

Ashley::I forgot to mention I bought 2 pairs of jeans at Penney's 2 weeks ago. I have a REALLY hard time finding jeans that fit, so I had to buy a denim pair and a dark tan pair!!!

YourMajesty::HI!!!!! We do need 2x2s to come home!! I miss you guys when you're gone that long!!!! :goodvibes

Well, the snake program was a smashing success. Boys and snakes...a match made in heaven. If I have time tonight I may try to see if I could post some pictures!! We'll see.

Have a great day everyone!!!!

Linda, Kenny is too cute in his costume! pirate: Lyzzie is also going to be a pirate this year... she has given herself the pirate name of Jacqueline "Jackie" Sparrow - Jack Sparrow's daughter. And since she's also MY daughter, that makes me... a very happy girl indeed! (beat that, pin-cess!! :teeth: )
ETA: Lyzzie just saw Kenny's picture and she thinks he's very cute. She doesn't think the socks match, though. :rotfl2:

Donna, glad the boys liked the snakes. Snakes never really bothered me as far as being scary or creepy. I'm pretty much ok with anything that has four or less legs. More than four legs, and I'm running for the hills screaming my fool head off.

We had planned on going to the pumpkin patch today, but woke up to a dreary gray rainy day. So, we went to see Nightmare Before Christmas 3D instead :3dglasses . It is one of my & Lyzzie's favorite movies, and we pretty much only watch it this time of year. It was pretty cool with the 3D effects. It did not quite "pop" as much as I had expected, but was still excellent. Plus, you get to keep the glasses!! :3dglasses Even Emma was good, she kept her glasses on until about the last 20 minutes and wasn't even scared!

Tonight I get to meet some of DBF's friends. His friend is hosting a get-together at a local bar, it's the guy's last day before he goes off to the army and I guess he wants to tie one on first. Should be interesting. I will NOT be having 14 drinks!! :drinking1 Luckily for me DBF is not a big drinker so he can keep me in check in case I lose count.

You girls are making me want to go to Penneys!! Must... resist.... shopping....
