Good morning, at least I hope it is a good morning for everyone!

Donna, your a doll! Madison was just asking me to make her a coffee cake for breakfast, how did you know? :confused3 Thank you! It was delicious!!! :goodvibes

Lizziesmom.....I am glad the talk went well! He sounds like a really great guy!!! He sounds pretty handy too. :yay:

2x....I hope you had a good day at work. It is so hard to get back in the swing of things after a vacation. I'm always saying you need a vacation after the vacation to get yourself back in order. Please take it easy, but we are all waiting to hear more about the trip. :cheer2: Pictures too please!

Madison was up most of the night, which means I was up most of the night.
food-smiley-021.gif
She is still coughing a lot and I think she is wheezing more. She was actually asking to use her nebulizer. I'm glad we already have an appointment to see the doctor today. Her arm is doing a bit better today. She is able to straighten it out a little more, but she says it still hurts. We see the doctor on Friday for that.

Yesterday I was cleaning up in my basement a bit. I was sweeping away the spider webs from around the window, when I look outside and (2x if you are eating breakfast you better not read on till your done! ;) ) Ummmm.......there is a little skull laying there. upon further investigation there was more bones. :scared1: :scared1: :scared1: I don't know what it is or was, but somehow something got trapped down in the window well. :sad2: Now it is dh job to figure out how to dispose of it. {{{shiver}}} He thinks it's cool and just in time for Halloween.

On a better note, I have a funny Gracie story. :dogdance: I have told you before how she likes to steal the girls stuffed animals and walks around the house with it in her mouth whining. Well she has taken a particular liking to one of Madison's stuffed piglets. Grace walks around the house carrying piglet, whining, then she decides on a place to bury it(the bed and couch are choice places). She uses her nose to cover it with what ever she can find. Yesterday I was sitting in the chair with Madison and Grace decided to bury piglet down beside me. She pushed it down in the chair with her nose then started pushing my shirt trying to pull it over to cover it. It was too funny. Then a while later she came and claimed it again and walked around whining until she found a new place. She does this all day long. :lmao:

I hope everyone has a good Wednesday!

Has anyone seen the new customizable maps on disneyworld.com? I just ordered a set yesterday. They take 2-3 weeks to get here, so I am hoping I get them before we leave. You can only order them every 6 months though. I want to order some for our April trip (which, by the way I made my ADR's for yesterday and got everything I wanted)!

lyzziesmom, he sounds like a good guy. Congrats and I hope things continue to go great for you!

Ashley, yeah for tags!! :cheer2: I don't think the tag fairy likes me; I KNOW I have said some very witty things, but no tags :)

Linda, good luck on deciding. That's a great price for cruise/WDW.

:wave2: everyone!!

Blake is in Baltimore this week so I am doing the single parent bit. It gets a little easier as they get older, Pozey, but it depends on how many activities they are in.
DW comes home tonight. We have made it through pretty well.

Oh, Nick went on a field trip today to see a play. They were told to dress for the theater. Which for some kids apparently meant their 'good' jeans. Well Nick went all out. He wore black dress pants, a red silk t-shirt and Matt's suit coat. He looked sharp. After the play a girl from a different school gave him her phone number !!! My baby is growing up. Of course Matt had to give him some advice. Like don't call her today, it looks desperate. Wait until tomorrow!! That's what brothers are for!!
Way to go Nick!! :thumbsup2 And good avice from Matt!!

Morning Cliqueless Chicas!

Thanks for the breakfast Donna. :thumbsup2

Good Morning!

Happy Birthday April!

Good morning cliqueless crew

Lesa...you get the first reply dig you say a skull and bones :scared1: :scared: :faint: I hope they were small...
Sorry Madison is still feeling bad...I was hoping she would get some rest and you too. I think it can be hard for them to get well because they can't sleep from all the coughing. :grouphug:

Amber...wow you have a long trip planed...I must say I was a little envious of your itinerary. :smokin:

Donna...We are going to be cracking some hair jokes comes February. :joker: Oh...is that little guy green with envy or not used to smoking. :smokin: :rotfl:

Pozey...glad you survived your "time" without Dw. Hope she had a good confernece...was she downtown?

Happy Birthday April :cool1:

Lyzziesmom...way to go..super sweet guy! Glad the talk was a good one. :cheer2:

Donna.. tell me about it. it is a great price too!! The cruises are 3 night, 4 night and 7 night. The 7 nighters are Sat. to Sat., The 4 nighter leaves on Sun and the 3 night leaves on Thurs. I've been on a 4 night back when I was 2 months pregnant w/Kenny :teeth: Then since then we've been on the 7 night 3 x's. The 7 night is absolutely incredible :cloud9: But the 4 night will have to do if we decide to take one this time. Kenny can only be out of school for so long :rolleyes1 Last night I was on the disney cruise website looking at the shore excursions in Nassau and showed Kenny the swim w/the dolphins and his chin dropped..his eyes lit up like it was Christmas. He says "how many days until we can go there?" :rotfl2: um....we'll see ;). Mike and I did the swim w/dolphins on the 7 night in Cozumel and it was awesome. So I would like to take Kenny soon. He would love it!! We can usually go on the 7 night the 3 of us for about 2k in a cat 12. I thought about upgrading and not telling Mike for a surprise. It would be a cat6 w/verandah  and staying at the Poly... but we'll have to see..that would push the price to $3400 but that is still incredible for what you get. It's a great price...but then again..the whole reason to go was to see you guys..so then I'm thinking...then it would only be a day or two at the parks together if everyone else is staying at wdw.. well...you know how us overplanners are :teeth: then you get off the cruise on Thurs...so then I was thinking...heck I can go back to work the next week...we can go BACK to wdw for a few days :lmao: can you tell I'm just a disney junkie :rolleyes1 but...we can probably go to Sea World FREE??? If they extend it into 07 like they have been... Military families get in free :cool1: decisions...decisions...decisions  I always wanna go to wdw..and on cruise so it would be nice to get it out of my system for both...but who knows..
I forgot to reply about your highlander..27mpg!!! That is awesome!!! My car only get 24!!! But that's b/c it's a twin turbo :rolleyes1 they need a fast car that gets good gas mileage :goodvibes

If anyone else would want to do the land/sea combo let me know. its 2k for the 3 of us for 7 nights...that's pretty darn cheap :woohoo:

I better get some work done..

Lesa.. Gracie sounds so cute  Hope Madison gets better soon and her arm is healing!!

Hi everybody!!!

No, her conference was in El Reno. Redlands Community College. It was a very "interesting" conference. The name of the conference was "Horse Sense for Leaders". The conference was put on by the Redlands Community College Equine Program. Yes, I said EQUINE.....as in horses.

Here is part of the stuff from the literature:

"There is a very fine line between offering leadership and guidance and getting
in the way," Wood says. "It's not about submission. It's not about what you put
on the horse's back. It's about what we put in his head."

The goal of this program, built around observations of Woods equine training
sessions, is not to imitate the cowboy’s techniques. It is to listen to his running
monologue and generate questions about our individual leadership styles, as well
as gain new insights.

Okay.....

Anyway........she and her co-worker that also went, ended up going to The Cheesecake Factory for dinner last night.

From the "Out of the mouths of babes" category.....

Yesterday as we were driving home Colton said that he saw a daycare place called "Wee Care". He said they spelled "Wee" incorrectly. I told him that it was just a play on words, that Wee means "little".

He then said "Oh. You mean they give LITTLE CARE?" :rotfl2: :rotfl:

:rotfl2: that's too cute!!

Kenny is sick again...or still :guilty: !!! Mike is taking him to the Dr. in the morning...

not funny but a must share... Kenny had a brownie from this morning...he had been fine so I let him. He got home from school so I asked him if he wanted the rest of his brownie from this morning...he said " I don't want a f-ing brownie... My chin had to have hit the floor :furious: I said WHAT did you just say... he said a kid on the bus, drew says that word... so I quickly informed him if he ever says THAT word again he'll be in more trouble than he ever dreamed of... OMG... I can't believe he said that!!! He said he didn't know it was bad..and it is a VERY rare occasion that Mike or I curse... OMG...I still can't believe that!!

Linda, I'm sure Kenny had no idea what that meant. When my little brother was first starting to talk, pretty much all he could say were curse words. His uncles cuss, so he just picked it up.

He couldn't say hot, but he could say any four letter word you can think of. It's funny now, but imagine how embarrassed my mom was when Tyler would scream f'ing ****** in the store. :rotfl:

Pozey...aren't some of these conferneces hokey? We will have one in late January and it's going to focus on mind, body, and whatever...I think they are going to have chair massage etc (at least I'm hoping). :Pinkbounc This conference is Downtown OKC. Where is the Cheesecake Factory...I didn't even know they had one. :teeth: Sounds like a place to put on my list for January. We are such duds usually...eating and then going back to the hotel for some tv. Our manager makes us share rooms...but I don't mind...I have some good friends at work (I've worked with them for 14 years). I'm not sure if anyone has noticed but I do love a good chat. :chat:

Linda...oh my goodness...I bet you were about to die...are you typing while you are still laying down. :faint: When I curse it's under my breath (or at least I hope it is)...but early one morning I blurted out (I was dreaming) loudly...get the fudge away (only it wasn't fudge). My DS was awake watching TV (around 6:30am) and he said MOM...what did you say. I was just laying there thinking...then I finally said get the STUFF away...he said ...oh ...ok.

yes...I about died!!! Kennys vocabulary has always been great...talking like an adult in a tiny body... when he was 2 his big word he liked to say was hopeless... " you're hopeless"... everyone got a kick out of that...but this wasn't funny of coarse. He's a smart little cookie...he might have known but I'm not going to punish him unless I know he knew what he was saying... I'm sure I've blurted something out here and there but that just floored me! Thankfully noone else was around. I would have been on the floor passed out :rotfl:
ym...too cute your ds caught that...what did you say :rolleyes1 oh nothing :teeth:

I'm so excited about our trip..it's killing me!!!

Hey everyone!!! :)

Lesa- Skull and bones!!! :faint: Are you serious??! Oh my gosh, I would have FREAKED out. What could it have been?!!!

Linda, I can't believe Kenny said that!!! Atleast it was in your house where nobody else could hear him. :bitelip: I'm sure he knows not to say it ever again. I hope the doctors appointment went well!!

Nicole, your Vegas trip is coming up so soon!! I am so jealous.

Donna, thanks for the yummy breakfast as usual.

And I am PROOF that you don't need to be witty to get a tag!!
