jcemom's I did not think you sounded like you were attacking at all. Actually, I was kind of offended when N.E.D. said it is all common sense, but that is his oppinion and I respect that. However, I don't feel like I lack common sense for using TGM.

I think everyone gains something different from every resource that they use. For example, I have all of my nagging questions about particulars answered here on the DIS. I enjoy reading about others upcoming trips, and basically being around others who share a love for Disney like me. I love Deb Wil's site because she has all those little details like menus, hotel info & reviews, I love Mousesavers because I can quickly and easily check any discounts that may be out, or search for the best rental car rate and I love TGM because I have found that his itinerary planning articles and tips for planning the overall lay out of my vacation best fits my family. If I were traveling with just my husband, I probably use the custom touring plans from the UG.

I did not feel like this thread turned into people attacking one another. What a boring place this world would be if everyone agreed or thought the same.

I am still unable to subscribe to TGM and hope all is well within him family.

We are leaving in 4 weeks and would love to get hold of this info.

How much does it cost to have them do custom itineraries for you? That may be invaluable come Christmas time when we are there.

he just today posted something on his boards saying that he was not aware of it till today but that the purchase page has been offline. He contacted the web developers and they are working on fixing it today. He is still in California with his sister and niece as she is recovering from her surgery.

Try back again in the morning if it's still not working!
