I wrote a complaint letter to WDW about a recent stay and I heard back from the executive offices. They gave me a "special" number to call 10 days prior to my arrival. They said that is was a special Reservation Assistance number and that they would take any requests I had and make sure our stay was excellant.
Has anyone else gotten this number and used it? What kind of things did you request (like an upgrade or specific location etc etc etc) and how successful were you with your requests? Do you think it made a difference calling the number?
I can call on Wednesday so am looking for some pointers!
