Who has the better ribs?

We just had them at the Poly, TRex, and Pepper Mart. We ordered them at the Pepper Mart twice. Very yummy. Poly's were okay.. TRex were yuck.

Ribs are not on the ESPN menu. Hopefully the menu is wrong?

I agree with flame tree, but ribs at WDW is pretty much a losing proposition for those who love BBQ.

Then I guess you don't know much about good BBQ, because WDW actually has some pretty good choices. Sci-fi Dine-In is often overlooked. Great ribs and great atmosphere. You should try going to WDW sometime.

The ribs at Flame Tree was the one thing at Disney that I would have been excited to eat anywhere in the world, that I thought was just straight up great, and not "great by theme park standards." If you're a rib fan, highly recommended. Reasonably priced, too, considering what you normally pay for a rack of ribs. They are served dry, with the sauce on the side.

I really liked Sci Fi ribs and Im not even a rib fan.. Trex has some awesome ribs according to my step son!

I agree - Yak and Yeti. They have a wonderful hosin bbq sauce. My son (9 at the time) declared them "the greatest meat ever..." and I might just agree.
