I know we can say everyone has their own taste or preferences (which I agree), but for most part, when people ask, you get a chosen few answers.
I have been to Le Cellier, but enver to Victoria & Alberts. Is there a "dark horse" that I may have not mentioned? Maybe Bistro De Paris?

Who has the best food in a Disney restaurant?

Thanks

We've been to V&A 3 times and loved, loved, loved it each time. Nothing else can compare with it. The food is perfection and the service is outstanding. When we went back the 2nd and 3rd times, I had the fear that the memory of the previous visits would stand out more than the meal we were about to have. This was not true at all. Our expectations were fulfilled and exceeded each time we've gone there.

The next closest IMO is the Bistro. WE have gone there twice and had wonderful meals both times. The food and service were both good, but not the same level as V&A.

Le Cellier isn't even in the same league with either of the other two. I know people rave about it, but it's simply nowhere near what the other two are. Our last 2 encounters at Le Cellier were good food (not great), OK service, excessive wait time to be seated. That's not acceptable when traveling with 2 children. ::MinnieMo

Le Cellier is not really in the same league at those two...I mean V&A is such a specialty restaurant, it is hard to even compare Bistro....I mean I would almost say it comes down to taste, I am more a fan of Le Cellier, but I am partial to the Mushroom Filet, not saying bistro isn't great...it is I just am more partial to that one item, though my next trip i want to try that Kona Steak!

Everyone's tastes are so different! It's so interesting! DH and I went to Victoria and Albert's on our honeymoon. It was a fine, nice meal in lovely surroundings--but nothing to rave about, in our opinion. We loved the food at Artist's Point (we did Dining with an Imagineer there, which I guess you can't do anymore), and the chef at Chefs de France made us something special (can't remember what, but the meal was excellent), and those were our favorite meals, along with the GF tea! :cloud9:

I voted other. I've never been to V&A or Bistro, so I can't rate them, but my top two choices would be CA Grill and Citricos.

At regular TS, you are going to receive regular TS service and food. At Victoria and Albert's, you will recieve 4-star service and food. It depends on which option you would consider best.

I don't think you can really fit V&A's in with any other restaurant on property. If their food is your cup of tea then that's it hands down. It's not for everyone though.

I didn't mean that to sound snooty either. It's not my cup of tea. :thumbsup2

Yachtsman Steakhouse is amazing! Wonderful food and service. am also biased to Crystal Palace but that is for the food, atmosphere and all of that with the characters. Teppan Edo has really good food too

I know we can say everyone has their own taste or preferences
That's really the most we can say with assurance. Even where there are more frequent vote-getters, it doesn't really indicate anything specific. For example, one "fan favorite" has the distinction of being relatively affordable. That so substantially biases the votes -- not that people are basing their vote on the affordability, but rather because people are basing their selections on affordability, and therefore many people are simply choosing not to expose themselves to less affordable options.

Even where limited experience doesn't bias the votes, often buyer's remorse does. For example, I know that when times are tight, I'll be more concerned about big purchases I made, and will appraise them in terms of my satisfaction with them, much more critically, then if I was less concerned about having spent so much money. It's just human nature.

Restaurant Marrakesh in Morocco is our absolute favorite. We get great service, the mint tea, the lamb, couscous, we have never had a bad meal there, and the food is very flavorful and served very well.

O'Hana's

2TS= Yachtsmen love the lobster bisque, scallops and filet and potatoes.
2TS show= Hoopdedu Love the fried chicken and strawberry shortcake

1TS= LeCellier for the Filet w/ risotto best meal while I am there.
second would be Boma I enjoyed the experience of trying some unique things.

I was at Disneyworld last September with three friends, we left the husbands at home and celebrated our birthdays. Here is where we ate in order of what we thought was the best, overall food, service and experience.

TS:
Coral Reef
Chefs de France
Le Cellier
O'Hana
Boma
Brown Derby
Tony's

Out of the choices you offered I chose other. I have eaten at Le Cellier and enjoyed the food there but I REALLY loved the food at Tangerine Cafe and I am looking forward to eating there again the most!

Although Bistro de Paris is very very good, it does not compare to V&A. We've eaten at both several times and V&A is in a league of its own (which is why it has the national rating it does).

Nothing else at WDW can even be put into the same category.

It wasn't on the poll but my fav two are Kona and Coral Reef. But in all honesty I don't try new things once I find what I like.

I picked other because we haven't been to the others that were listed, that is until December because we are trying LeCellier for the first time. However, we love, love, love Cali Grill. That is a must do each trip (except for this coming trip when Disney decided to cancel our ADR because a private party was booked instead :sad1::sad2:). Anyways, Cali Grill has awesome food, awesome service, and an awesome view of the MK and Wishes. :thumbsup2
