I don't necessarily mean who helps when you have a small problem (often times you can find an answer to a small problem right here on the DIS, thanks to some great Dissers), but rather when you have a big old problem that goes beyond a simple solution.
Do you have a good friend or family member who can handle most problems? Do you call a professional to come to your house? Do you take it to a computer repair shop?
Thankfully I have a guy who comes to my house. He is quite the computer guru, and he only charges a very small fee, no matter how bad or messed up my computer might be.
In fact, he is supposed to come back today to finish fixing up my good computer system. Apparently I had a bad power supply which was causing a whole bunch of problems.
