Things are starting to look sorta normal around here. I am working fairly steady subbing in the office at my old high school as a secretary. They like me and are learning how useful I can be around an office...the Principle's right hand person laid claim to me today. Her office is buuuusy. She actually asked me three times this morning if she scared me off yet - you all know I dont scare so easy

Its a vocational school. They teach puppy grooming there. Guess who can come to school with me once in a while and get all purty while I work Bonus is, it costs all of $11 for a full service.

They dont know it yet, but eventually one of the girls in cosmetology is gonna get a shot at fixing my hair too.

It's nice to see you guys heading out on new and exciting travels. Rose and I are most likely coming back down in early december. Any threadkillers gonna be at wdw the first or second week of december???

Went to my first line dance class tonight.

Wow was that a work out.

Hi Ann, not sleeping yet.

I don't expect any ill effects from my line dancing class since I'm used to dancing

The room just needs some things hung on the walls and then it will be done.

I picked up some paint colour samples today for the other bedroom that needs to be painted.

Hopefully I can get it done some time but it needs all the prep work done. There is still some wallpaper border to remove and a LOT of holes to be fixed. Most of them were put there by the people who owned the house before us but were hidden underneath a wallpaper mural of a Spaceshuttle.

Good luck to Holly tomorrow with having her stitches removed. Hope all goes well there.

Believe it or not...I have the 8th on my calendar (I must have written it down - sorry I didn't check earlier) SO - why don't we stick with that! I'll see you at Hollywood Studios....my favorite! If you want to PM me your ADRs for that day, I'll be sure to work around them!

HaHaHa Only 1:45 am here and I work in the morning from 9-10. Have a funeral to go to at 10:30. Rory's grandma-in-law passed away. We went to the wake tonight. Rory was talking ALL Disney with me!

I'd love to, but only if there isn't a problem. Let me know. If not, there is seared duck breast calling my name at Brown Derby ~ it's usually easy to get in when you're by yourself.

I have had dinner with people who were on the DDP. I met my cousin there and they just split the check....super easy!

I've been to the SCIFI once a long time ago and the 50's a few times.

I wasn't impressed with the SCIFI but I couldn't tell you why now It's been so long that I don't remember

So DU what are things wonderful things that you are raving about???

Got any pictures or descriptions orther than they are wonderful, the best things ever

I will be in Florida in a couple of weeks and if they are so very wonderful as you say they are, maybe I should hunt some down

Problem?! Because of you I was actually able to GET the needed ressie I need! I could NOT get 4, I could NOT change my 3 to 4 but, when I plugged in 5, Voila! Lunch at SciFi on the 8th! I had Disney email you the details, too. You can have seared (Donald) duck breast any number of times you go to HS or, for dinner that day, too! LOL Come and have a burger or whatever at SciFi with us!

Thank you DU. We haven't been to SciFi yet so, I'll trust your opinion - for now. We'll do 50s too, but on the 5th. It's silly fun there. SciFi was Matt's only request and now, because of Ann, we have the perfect ADR!

In all honesty Robin (& Ann), I'm not impressed with SciFi's menu myself but, what we do for our kids, right? I think it's more a burger/sandwich, lunch kinda place, in a fun drive-in movie setting. Not sure I'd want dinner there tho. We'll see.

At the funeral today, Rory was still talking Disney with me! My niece is very excited, too! My sister-in-law needs this trip big-time tho, now.

Yep...Its only hrs until we leave...We should be leaving the house around 4AM for the airport..Our plane leaves @ 6AM...to Washington DC, then to SF, to Maui..We should land @ 3:45PM Maui time(9PM EST)...Got the kids house-sitting, and pup sitting.
