What did you buy yourself with your first paycheck?

Me, I was working in Macy's on 34th Street in NYC, when I was 16. My first paycheck, I bought one of those new things they called "Hand Held calculators"

It was to Sweden. I was working in a factory, summer job, so I didn't need to ask for time off. I traveled for 30 days in Sweden and Finland on basically nothing. I used all my money to buy the ticket. Fortunately, I had friends to stay with.

I warned the lab teacher I've been known to be dangerous, he thinks I'll be fine...that's been the biggest reason for my putting off the science class for my degree, I know I'm gonna do something stupid that could wind up hurting myself or others

Hmmm.... good question. I really don't know. I know I need some more white scrubs. So I guess I'm kind of like PD... clothes.

well sounds like you all need a trip to WC where it was actually in low 70's - sunny & warm today...even though predictions were for cooler days thru the wkend - so maybe that's coming tomorrow....??

It was so cold here today!!!! And Roger says it was snowing this morning. I didn't get to see it I was snuggled up in bed...warm and cozy.


He had to get up at 6am and go to work. I got to sleep in.
