I have really only 2 or 3 cousins that I probably would not recognize if I saw them. Funny thing is that they all live right here in the same area as I do

My opinion on the stamp pics....

I like the 2nd and the 3rd batch the best....the colors are just awsome! I can also see a face, I dont know that its the shrimp in nemo, but I DO see the face...

I will be going through my pictures today...to find something to make Ts out of for Brittanys birthday...
I have an idea..about making one for each of us that will say something like WANTED, with a picture of Brittany on it that says under .."Birthday wishes for this 15 YO ...or something to that effect...I figure Ill put something like "Wish this girl a Happy Birthday!"on the backs, but Im thinking of trying something other then the iron-on as they tend to get hot...
What do you all think????....
I know about the birthday buttons, but now they have made them look just like all the other buttons at the parks, that I dont think they get the notice they use tyo get...and I want this to be REALLY special for Brittany....
I plain on going back to the room sometime during the day, with one of the other girls and decorate the room with streemers and such too...
Also IM going to arrange a cake to be brought to the table at 50s..(her pick for her birthday dinner)
I want to plan little things for the whole day...If anyone has any idas...PLase pass them along..Im open to ANY!....

I love all of the flower stamps. The white set makes me think wedding, just beautiful. The colorful flowers are so vibrant and those pics would make fantastic stamps.

Cousins....I may win this one! On my Mom's side I have 17 and we are all very close. Now that we all have children we don't see each other nearly as much as we'd like, but when we do we have soooo much fun! On my Dad's side I can think of 25, but I know there are more. I don't know all of these cousins. I caould fall over some of them and not know who they are. Mom was one of 4 kids and Dad was one of 11. One of his sisters died at age 2 and a brother died at 20 (leukemia). Dad was in the younger half of the family so growing up we were close with the children of the younger aunts and uncles, but I don't even know most of the kids of the older aunts and uncles.

I also have many, many second and third cousins on my mom's side that I am close with.

Although the temperatures have been quite nice here the past few days and the snow that we have now is melting a bit.

You can also tell that the intensity of the sun is getting stronger, so there is hope for spring, I HOPE

Time changes this weekend, so it will be light longer at night which also helps.

Just got word that a cousin of my dad's has just passed away.

Now she was not a young lady, just short of 80 years old.

They found out in the past few weeks that her body was full of cancer

I was quite close to her son who was my age.

I think I'm in trouble because these will be funerals number 3 and 4.

The others were in September and October (within a couple weeks of each other) so maybe they don't count as they were last years
