Well Hello fellow TKers,
I finally did it. .....I started a PTR...Now Im not going to say it will get finished...Ill just say that I am going to try my best to get it done....
Im not sure how entertaining it will be, as Im not the best writer...( I should hire you(BP ), then Im sure it would be VERY entertaining...)

But this TR is for my DGDs .

I figured she may not be able to go with us again, as she will be starting to get into the adult world...ie: college, jobs and just plain life...I HATE it when they grow up.....
and Brittany.....
as it will be her Birthday trip..., and Im hoping to make it special for her!
Sooo Ill keep a PTR/TR...so I can print it out and make it into a journal of our trip...
for the end Im planning on putting a few memories of all the past trips we have taken together...
So I made the title..."Firsts, Lasts, and remembering the Pasts"
So far I only have "The Cast"...Ill be working on "The Big Plans" today...If Mom stays happy...( she's not up yet)

We are getting snow now...It started last night ...but we didnt get much ..its light and blowy snow...
It is suppose to snow all day today, and we should get up to 6-7 inches by the time its done..I hope they are wrong

Having fun?....I hope its nice and sunny for you....put some of it in a suitcase and bring it home...You can sprinkle it around as you pass by our states on the way home....Just make sure you save a little bit for yourself, as Im sure Canada could problably use some sunshine too....

I have stayed at WL..Just last Sept...It was nice, but not my favorite(Poly)
It sounds like Sewer, had a nicer locale..although we did get a free upgrade to a WV room(overlooking the pool)which was nice...The lobby sounds like it would have been more interesting...

I have to say I didnt like the transportation..The ferries were always full and we had to wait for the next one ...after the sec. time..we ended up just taking our car to everything...

Did your DD make the play?....You got me to go dig out my SHR CD..Im gonna play it when the DGGs come over on Sunday...We will see how long it stays on...The younger ones like it, But if it aint Prince, or plain white Ts, then the older girls are having none of it....SEE!...They grow up way too fast!

"pick up" means..The day shift. We have clients in (from Arizona...are they sorry) I was just waiting for someone from the Day shift to relieve me.
But the funny thing about this, my friend Bob also works night in NJ, just so happens he was right behind me on the road for the last 50 miles!

Key Ring - DISNEY NYC with house key, post box key, office, Golds Gym card, Nob Hill grocery card & Gilroy Health & Fitness card...

will be nice to get to SD & even NICER to get back just to go back down to DL....

what kind of view did the bal. have?....
I have to say I didnt like the transportation..The ferries were always full and we had to wait for the next one ...after the sec. time..we ended up just taking our car to everything...

It was a woods view room. The transportation can be spotty, we never had a problem with the ferries, but the bus to DTD was terrible! We chose BC this year because we love EPCOT, and Boardwalk which are both in walking distance.

I was thinkin my last time down there I'd Love to stay at or near the boardwalk....it's a great area, access to Epcot is incredible, it's even got a boat to MGM...sorry, DHS, doesn't it?

The pools and the decor are pretty cool too~

WOW...That many years???...You should be able to save enough for the best suite in the whole resort....LOL

It was a woods view room. The transportation can be spotty, we never had a problem with the ferries, but the bus to DTD was terrible! We chose BC this year because we love EPCOT, and Boardwalk which are both in walking distance.

I have stayed at the YC,...once...and really LOVED it...the pool was amazing...I like that area too....Epcot is my favorite park...and all the places to eat..is a BIG plus too....We walked to MGM...mmmmmmmDHS..or what ever...I wish they would just pick a name and stick to it...
It will be a real toss up, when we are able to do a deluxe again...I love the Poly, but I really love the locale of the boardwalk resorts...
But seeing as we wont be doing a deluxe for at least another three years I have plenty of time to decide...

Hi again, John and me went to the farm market for some fish, produce and baked goods.

We got our share of snow, it's rainy/drizzly, but warm enough where we have no ice - yet.

Didjuknow....MGM studios was so called because of Disney's relationship with MGM many years ago. MGM is no longer affilitated with Disney, and haven't been for many many years...it was bound to happen, eventually.

Bad weather gave me a bad migraine. Until very recent studies by the doctors at Mayo, weather related headaches had always been attributed to "sinus" problems. Recent studies show that people with barometer heads who experience headaches during changing weather patterns actually suffer from migraines. Currently we do not know why.

Disney theme parks are my addiction, my consequences are rolling eyes and an empty bank account which neither to me really matters since it all makes me a happier person.

Went to class this morning and have been working on my second design project...then a little chemistry homework and I'm done

John has and early physical therapy appointment and we're supposed to have the storm here by midnight. My sister is taking her daughter to a competition in Ohio this weekend...driving right through this storm as it crosses~She's a determined lady, Ida cancelled by now~

The snow started here around 5:00 am. I went into work at 7:00AMand worked until 5:00PM. I had some pretty complicated stuff that had to be done today, but I didn't know which way we were going until after my client's meeting ended at 10:15 last night so couldn't do any advance preparation. Luckily I seem to do my best work under pressure! I was also lucky that everyone else in the world seemed to take the day off, so it was quiet and peaceful for me to get the work done. The snow has been constant but slow, we've only got about 6 inches right now. That's not much over the course of 15 hours, so the highway departments have had a pretty good handle on keeping things passable.

It the darn maintenece fee that gets too me. That will go up every year.
I like to think once its paid for ..ITS PAID FOR! I cant get past that!

That is exactly what I always say. I figure I'm still always paying for it. Also with three kids we can't stay in a studio, so we'd need lots of points to get the 1 bedroom. A friend of mine got Old Key West the first year of DVC. As part of the offer they got 2 free lenghth of stay park hoppers every time they went until the year 2000! I'm not sure exactly what year she bought in but think she ended up with almost 10 years of park passes.
I just stayed at the ASM, POP (which I luv) and Caribean Resort (which I HATED)



So far! But that can all change!


YUK! Its suppose to snow tonight! Nutin yet!

We've stayed at CBR which I loved, POR which is our favorite, POFQ which was so so for me (But NSalz loves it), Contemporary which I loved (but the other guests seemed a bit snobby), Boardwalk Inn which I loved, Old Key West in a 2 bedroom Villa....loved the rooms, but was the worst vaca ever because that is when MIL was with us, and Allstars sports and movies, which I hated.

I am home, was drivin into work, and my boss called....the client finished their test! So he told me to go home!
And me being the good soldier ALWAYS listens to my management!

However....its a good thing....da mudda is acting up with her leg!!!!

Plus Roger has been busy playing Heavenly Sword.

Ahhh, the stories I could tell you about my new job. I will save it for a rainy day though.

Next week I start going to work from 3pm - 11pm. I guess they don't need me for the weekends anymore. We plan on putting the boys in the after school program because Roger does not get off until 5:30pm.

I am all ready feeling guilty because I like to be home to help with homework and have dinner with the family. That's my biggest guilt. We always said we would have dinner as a family around a table to discuss our day. I hope the boys will be okay. I won't be able to tuck them in at night.

So what's the opposite of "mama's boy" Cuz that's what I am...

Well I'm going to go catch up.

Her audition was supposed to be at 3:00 this afternoon, but they got snowed out so she will audition on Monday and find out the results on Tuesday.
