We're going to EPCOT today. Chefs de France for Easter lunch!

Miss you all! weather is gorgeous!

You win "Best Easter" plans:thumbsup2

My neices Dh got a free ham from his job. They are all coming here, but I didnt realize till last night that it was 20 pounds!!!! gotta cook like 6 hours! Jeez

Me thinks good friday is disappearing as a national holiday here because of the american obsession with seperation of church and state (and the obsession with the almighty dollar.)
i think you are SOOOO right ....i was really surprised that public schools had 1/2 day on Friday...(surprisingly they still give kids Christmas off)

Hi!

Happy Easter...whatchagotgood?

My favorite are the peanut butter eggs...what's in your basket?
DH & I have Dove Chocolate bunny...some Harry & David truffles & i did have one of DS' Mrs. See's....i may have to walk MORE than my suggested 4 miles today...i am making b/fast for them - but it will be MUCH later as neither will get out of bed for at least 3-4 more hours...unfortunately it won't be anything quite as 'creative' as Sewer's:laughing:

Easter bunny does not come to my house anymore:confused3

Guess we have not been good enough.

Do you have to be good for the Easter Bunny to come or is that only with Santa:santa:
Yes Robin.....you have to be good...you always HAVE to be good...so you better get off that "wild side" while you still can...;)

HAPPY EASTER!!!!!!!

Morning threadkillers and lurkers alike.

Enjoy your Easter celebrations.

Happy Easter all! I do have a thing for candy, and really have to stay away from it. UNC... a 20 lb ham? Just think of what you can do with the leftovers.... bean soup is the first thing I can think of, so just make a pot and I'll bring some fresh baked bread.

Oh I just noticed 901 posts, at this rate I'll catch up with the rest of you (in about 5 years)!:rotfl:

Hey UNC did ya ever contact Sharon for info about Boardwalk?

Robin, the 5th wheel is nice!!! When is the party to break it in?? I say the guys sleep in the basement!!! :rotfl2:

What are you using to pull it?

We aren't even sure when we will actually bring it home yet.

Sure, guys in the basement....... works for me;)

As for what we will use to pull it..... another problem there.

We have no tow vehicle at the moment.

We will own a lovely 5th wheeler and will just be able to look at it sitting there:goodvibes

Rick is in the process of trying to find a suitable pickup truck to pull it with but is not having a great deal of luck finding it.

So sewer, what did you end up having for breakfast this morning :confused3

Robin, I read back a little more and saw that you were still trying to find something to pull it with.

Good Luck with the truck search. I'm sure the right one will pop up sooner or later. :wizard: :wizard: :wizard:

 Hi there Cally.

If we have to pick up the trailer we do know people who have trucks that we could borrow to get it home.

Then we can look for a truck if necessary.

The RV store said that they were willing to store it for us for a month or so if we need them to.

So, how is the new job going Cally?

Are you liking it ?

How are the boys handling having you working?

I had forgotten to ask, what kind of aircraft does your husband fly?

sewer, your concoctions cracked me up! Gross, but funny! :rotfl:

We had a lot of snow fall yesterday, and I think I went snow crazy. So that being said, an insane mind can manufacture anything!:rotfl:

It looks like any good size pickup could pull it for you...Dodge Ram, Chevy Silverado....the recommendations I saw said 9000 lb gvw capacity or better could pull a fifth wheel~

2 eggs sunny side, 2 slices of ham, 1 piece of toast, and coffee. The things I have to live with...:rotfl:

Sounds good to me. I had a McDonald's muffin that my daughter brought home from work with her the other night.

I had forgotten to ask, what kind of aircraft does your husband fly?

I don't know much about it but it's a remote control airplane. 40 % size of the original. I can maybe find you a picture. It is very big, about 10 feet long and 3 feet tall at the tail. Don't know the wing span.

I think he is looking for a diesel truck for better gas mileage:confused3
