Happy Easter everyone!

Hey Ophie!...Its good to see your post...Hope you are both on the mend..and hope to see ya more often :wave:

Well everyone has come and gone ....it was an awsome day!......

We had a great egg hunt....10 kids..(well nine really, Kateri's a little too young) Three age groups...
Each group has a big prize for most eggs found in that group, but everybody else gets a small prize.....and all the kids had a really good time....

I ate WAY too much....But it was ohhhhh sooooo good :teeth:

There is no holding back any of my DGKs at the start of the hunt....its like a little kid stampede......kids running around with there baskets..The younger ones are the funniest..all smiles....they dont really know why they are running around the yard with a basket...there just happy to be running around with all the bigger kids..and it was amazing to me how many of the older ones(including the 5/6ers)that were giving the younger ones some of their own..so they would have one or two also...Makes me a proud Nana! :love:

Gas here right now when exchanged into US funds equivalent is $4.58 a US gallon.

It's high here too, but not $4.58. I saw $2.99 tonight, and that's HIGH for me! :sad2:

We tend to fill it up before we cross back over the border to save a little bit of money.

It frosted here last night, but its sunny today....Not sure what the temp is suppose to go up to....I hope it gets a little warmer. :sunny:

Well I got my first test back!!! And guess what I got?!?!?! I got 100!!!!!!! :smooth:

I really enjoyed my dinner with Kim and I'm so glad that she was willing to drive an hour through heavy traffic to meet us. :goodvibes

We had a very nice visit and we tried to leave some food on the buffet for the other people in the restaurant :smooth:
