Kelly's not the 1st to finish! A boy in class finished a couple days ago. :earseek: Tell Dante to pace himself. They have until mid-Feb. right? :confused3

Yep.. Feb 24 I believe... Yes Dante has been reading a lot lately. He read an hour and a half yesterday straight!!! So today he said he was going to take a break... :teeth:

WOWZA! :faint: I think Kelly's max, at one sitting, was 1/2 that, 45 mins!

Well deserved! ;) :goodvibes

Not to keep you up Cally, maybe reply tomorrow (later TODAY technically), but what kind of books/authors does Dante like? I'm interested in a boys perspective. Captain Underpants, Magic Tree House, Bailey School Kids, Geronimo Stilton??? Or is he too old for these? :scratchin Thanks.

Dante is really into the Goosebumps books...that is mostly what he reads.. I think I remember him bringing home a Magic Tree House book... And he also has Moby Dick and Call it Courage (Armstrong Sperry) checked out right now..

No silly, but the first time in these vacation pics. :teeth:

ohhh :rotfl: I was about to go hunting for some pics.. lol...

You're not keeping me up... I'm up til 2am. Gotta wake up hubby so he can get ready for work.. so I thought I'd just stay up since it's only like 15mins away from 2

WOW! He IS gifted! ::yes:: Kelly reads at a 5+ grade level, but won't read those level books because of the length and older subject matter. I don't blame her, she'd miss all the younger, fun books right now. ;) Kelly's too fraidy cat to read Goosebumps. :rotfl:

Well, the shoveling 'exercise' is wearing off. I'm getting cold and tired again. I better get going soon.

I found a funny picture.... the back of the boys heads on the Winnie the Pooh ride :rotfl2:

Dante is a big scardy cat too... :teeth: but for some reason he really likes the Goosebumps...

You sleep tight.. :wizard: :cloud9:

Cally turned a page, Cally turned a page!! 1700!!!! :cool1: :cheer2:  PARTY TIME!! :disrocks: :rockband: :jumping1: (Oops, that one slipped in!) :rotfl2:

{{HUGS}} :grouphug: and Prayers for Roger. May he stay safe tonight. :wizard: :cloud9:

Now, go wake him up and go to bed!

Robin Your number plates look like what we'd have on larger 4 x 4 cars. Also your photos are fab, especially the Cruise ones

Everyone It is so nice to see your photos, thanks for sharing them. If you want to see some photos from my last cruise, there are some in my trip report

Thanks on the pictures.

I don't think I will be able to put that license plate on my Mini then because it is way too big. I will have to go hunting for another English one or use my German or Dutch plate I guess.

I'm going to check out your pictures after I have some breakfast.

Good morning any and all Threadkillers out there.

Kim, you be careful shovelling that snow so that you don't reinjure that arm :guilty: I use the sun to shovel my snow most of the time :sunny:

Cally, I love your pictures and good to see you again too. I like the one of the backs of the boys heads :teeth:

Well, I'm off to start my Saturday. See you all later.

BETSY ~~ I have been thinking about the dates you mentioned for our Niagara Falls Threadkiller meet.

I just wanted you to know that June 30 weekend will be part of a long weekend here. July 1 is a holiday and many people MIGHT have Friday or Monday off too. Also all of the kids will be out of school for sure by then. So it could be quite busy in Niagara Falls that weekend.

June 16 weekend might be better because the kids here are still in school then so maybe less people travelling :confused3

Just a thought I had anyways. Do what you want with the information :earboy2:

Anybody else have any input on this meet as to dates and where we want to meet and what we want to do with our time together?
