Yes, so far it is just the two of us. I know that Liz would come in a heartbeat but she'd have to miss the first week back to college again and I'm not sure that's such a good idea.

Liz's reason for not going is the same reason for my not inviting my son, daughter and son's girlfriend to come along

I have books to offer for the kids, I have already offered some to Kiminy's Kelly...Black Beauty, Ann of Green Gables, Captain Underpants

I haven't gotten to that pile yet but I have some to offer your boy(s)...guy books, sci fi stuff. May I ship some to your home? I have your address I just want to make sure
#1 that you want and/or need them and
#2 are willing to ship them back to me instead of disposing of them. Kim has volunteered to donate hers to a local school or library.

I intend to mark those that I absolutely want returned-the rest can be donated to whomever you chose.
#3 ABSOLUTELY No recycling and no trashing them.

I like the new smilies, what I don't like is when they take away ones we used-like the old lurker sweeper

I copy my long posts, I type my REALLY long ones on a word document and paste it onto the dis when I'm ready to post it~

I don't think I will be able to put that license plate on my Mini then because it is way too big. I will have to go hunting for another English one or use my German or Dutch plate I guess.

I'm going to check out your pictures after I have some breakfast.

I honestly think they'd adapt your car to fit larger plates

OH sure!! And I'm a book reader myself and would NEVER EVER EVER think about disposing books.... I either keep them forever or donate them.....the school is always in need of books and love it when they get new ones...

Cool~ I'm more of a romance reader. Are you gonna send me some books too? I still have about 10 books I still need to read that Roger brought home for me when he returned and some that I got for Christmas so you might want to hold off on the books for me... But I would love to get some books once I finish these up
