From the day I arrived on this planet....and blinking stepped into the sun....

I wore a bib...from the day I was born...and I'll wear one to the day that I'm done....

It's a Circle of Life....

You know what I really miss around here :confused3

The ability to post music in our thread.

I used to love to throw an occasional song in here to liven the place up a bit.

Aw, those were the good old days. ;)

HEY!!

I have a bib just like that one!

Okay, I'm gonna make a littleconfession!

Yes, BP, it is food related. :teeth:
A couple of years ago DH and I went on a :sail: RCCL cruise....no, that's not it.....anyway, we liked to eat in the main dining room, but went to the icecream machine in the buffet place for dessert. I grabbed a bowl for mine( it can get more sprinkles that way. :rotfl: and DH pawed..yes..PAWED his way over the last 10 cones left in the container and managed to find one that wasn't broken :cheer2: . He got his icecream ok, but when I went to get mine, it was like soup. I just went to the machine he was using and got chocolate instead of vanilla and never thought about it again. We sat at the only table available, right beside the machines. The next person went up to get icecream in a bowl and had it tilted toward him for some reason....it spashed back at him :lmao: ...we had to hide our faces from them we were lauching so hard, I nearly peed my pants. Some woman had a cone she felt would work well enough for her, she pulled the lever and had a cone of milkshake :rotfl2: . We watched about 4-5 people use that machine and never let on :ssst: ....We actually had an employee come up and tell us it took him a long time to figure out what we thought was so funny. He didn't even report the broken machine, he enjoyed waching us hurt from laughing so hard. I really felt like I was on candid camera, it was too perfect not to be a set up. MY FAVORITE MEMORY FROM THE CRUISE, though. :woohoo:

Betsy, wow what a total difference. He looks so grown up in the after pictures (even with the bib ;) ) He doesn't look very puppy-ish anymore. :(

Betsy-
That may be the cutest puppy I have ever seen! how old? How big will he get?
I'm trying to convince DH that a small dog would do us some good around here.(especially if it can hunt squirrels...keep em out of my bird feeders...eh?) :rotfl: We have a yellow lab, "cooper", he's 9 and seemed to really age ALOT this last year. He sleeps w/DS every night so we'd need an adjsutment period after cooper goes to that wonderful bone filled castle in the sky...... :(

Hes about 13 weeks now..I think...Born on 11/11.
He should get about 14 -18 lbs...and about 15 inches high..Not very big....but not toy...He a mini, schnaucer ...I bet hed be a good hunter.
He already sits and fetches his toys on command...he seem very smart..
Losing a dog is not easy ...

Betsy, our next door neighbours have a dog just like Einstein. Her name is Jasmine and I don't remember how old she is but the girls (Liz and Lisa, the girl next door) were not really all that old when they got Jasmine. So maybe she's somewhere in the 8 to maybe 10 year old range :confused3

She is a nice little dog. She looks at me through the openings in the fenceboards in the backyard.

We have left a small opening for the cats to get through the fence(on the front of the gate) and occasionally I will find Jasmine, on her leash, in my backyard :rotfl2: She never says much just looks at me with those big dark eyes.

When everyone goes away and leaves her alone in the house, she howls (really loudly) for about 5 minutes and then stops. Silly dog.

:grouphug: Aw, Betsy, I was just thinking about Sultan today. I'm sure that you still turn around and expect him to be there. :worried:

Hopefully Einstein is helping to fill in that hole, even just a tiny bit, that Sultan left behind.
