Thanks for all the P&PD guys. Mom's doing well. She's sleeping now. Once she got some food she really wanted to sack out. We were @ the hospital longer than anticipated. She had to spend a lil extra time in recovery because her BP was too high, but they got it down and she's doing fine.

Sisters!! Good luck with packing and safe travels!! Have a wonderful trip ladies!! And take lots of pics!

Hi Threadkillers!

HollyAnn here! The sisters are removing their nail polish and I'm gonna do french manicures for them.

Kim and Robin know some about this, but I figure now is a good time to tell you. I'm going to have surgery - they have scheduled it for Friday, September 23rd. I have a lump in my breast that's changed (both the way it feels and on a mammogram) - so they are going to remove it.

The good news is they are pretty sure this is benign, but it will be nice to have it removed. They think it's a fibro-adenoma (I'm SURE that's spelled wrong). Anyway, it's not a cyst and it's not cancer....I can live with that!

So, we're going to enjoy our trip and then I'm going to gear up for my next adventure!

Sorry to drop news and run - I just spent the entire day at the hospital doing pre-op work-ups, so I just found out today.....

Gotta check on the sisters! Can't wait til Disney!....mere hours to go!

I've been there and done and have the scars to prove it too.

I hope it doesn't hold you down for too long, although I'm pretty sure it's hard to hold you down at all

Life is full of adventures isn't it. Some good ones and others not so good ones but we have to get through all of them.

Hmmm... nothing much new here. I've been applying for jobs but no calls yet. I'm waiting to start school in December to finish my BA in education. Maybe I'll get a teaching job. But other then that... nothing...

Dance is going well, but then we've only had one class in the new year's session so far. Tomorrow night is class number 2.

Our new hip hop song is quite fast. I had never heard it before but it is by Rhianna ~~ pon der replay ( ) is the title I believe.

Tap went good too. Basically I just continued to work on what I started in my summer classes.

In a way I think that school would be fun now.

I think I've matured enough that I would actually enjoy the experience

I sometimes think I could/should go back to school. I could still work for another 15-20 years if I wanted to take up a new career. But then I think, nah, a new career would put a serious cramp in my vacation "lifestyle" that I am used to

Maybe I will just get a job at McDonald's.
