We have our cells.......There is a little area between Binghamton and Montrose that gets no reception....Guess were I live!........We dont get cable either

Yep, Roger and I have cell phones. When we lived on base we use to have Bellsouth but when we moved off base we found out that they do not service our area and that we would have to go with Alltell. Alltell wanted $50 a month just for a basic line. So we decided to save some money and just use our cell phones.
