I dont have any plans....I just got back from babysitting my DGSs...My DS had a doc. apt.....But now I have the whole day to myself ...with nothing to do ...But thats ok...I dont mind a little peace and quiet......

My DH bought me a very nice piece of artwork from "The art of disney" store ...at epcot befor we left...for my birthday...I like it alot....Its of Walt and Mikey by the castle...It was done by a local artist...and is No. 5 of 1000.......Not that I care...I just like it for how it looks.......Ill try to get a picture of it when I can.....

I hope everyone has a good day....and try to stay cool....Its a hot one for the whole country according to the weather people.....

Oh and I got some sad news yesterday....Dakkar ...the horse I was caring for with the cancer....Is going to get put down ...The vet says the C has advanced to much and he wont have many good days left...so the camp is having him put down..... Its very sad...He is such a loving horse.....

So my choice is made for me.....I will take a year off and maybe get horses next year....we will just have to see....Its hard to get attached....But I will miss them this winter I know......

Betsy, I'm so sorry to hear about Dakkar. I know how much you love him.

When the wind is whipping around and the snow is pelting down, you will be glad you don't have to go out and do your "feeding and chores".

You will miss those horses though.

Will you get to see him again before he is put down or will you just let him go and remember him from when he was at your place?

I just had a newspaper telemarketing call...... I have caller ID, so I knew who it was

So I just picked the phone up and said........... NOTHING

After a bit the guy started to talk and gave me the speel and I still said ..... NOTHING

He paused and said "hello is anyone there??" , I said ..... NOTHING

So he continued on with his planned sales pitch

I was having a hard time not giggling out loud.

Finally he hung up

I am SOOOOOO mean

We could just get Alf...but we have been thinking about going back to WDW BEFOR the heat of the summer......(cant do that if we had Alf)....

With telemarketing calls.....I dont even let them get there little speech started.....I say ...Sorry not interested......thank you very much and hang up....
The ones I hate, are the ones that when you answer the phone you get a recording that says...."Please hold for our represntitive" ....Yeah RIGHT ....Im going to hold for a recording to put on a real person to try to sell me something I DONT want.....

Betsy, I normally do that with telemarketers too but I felt like "toying" with him a it today

I just wondered what they would do if no one actually ANSWERED them when they called.

Now, I know, they just keep on talking, doesn't matter if noone is listening.

Maybe next time I will try some heavy breathing and see what kind of reaction that gets

Hmm, if you have no horses this winter, then does that mean you will get to go to Disney Sounds like a nice change of pace, you can go when there are not so many crowds and the weather is not so hot.

We have our cells.......There is a little area between Binghamton and Montrose that gets no reception....Guess were I live!........We dont get cable either

Yeah...we have the APs.....So we need to go befor July and We use to go in May ...and really like it....beside the fact that the parks closes so earily.....But I have always wanted to try the "Adventurers Club".....and there is always just hanging around the Poly.....Thats where I want to stay again.....IF I can get a good deal...That is'nt value season for the Poly.... ..Hey ...Im open to almost any resort....we will see
