Well, the advisor changed my project. It should make it easier to get done and get graduated, but it's a bit of an ego hit because he took out the part that really made it mine. But, it's for the best, so I'm not dwelling.

I don't know yet how long I'll be there. Hopping is a possibility. But I think the fireworks are out, lol. I wouldn't want to stay that late anyway since I'll be driving both before and after meeting you guys.

Alright, let me clarify. Ophie is not forbidden from seeing fireworks at all. I just told her that I couldn't imagine her seeing them without me. I was being sappy and stuff. If she does see them, she will be thinking of me and crying anyway. LOL!!!

Man-o-man! Ya'll are rockin' on the chat scale! I DID do my reading, but I'm too tired to make a long post....had a tough day at work. Good day - but tough.

Anyway, I'm doing a wee bit-o-laundry and gonna put my jammies on and relax - have an early night and start all over again tomorrow! I have to BE at work at 6:30 tomorrow morning, then I've got my surgical follow-up appt., then work til about 5:45 before meeting the sisters, folks & twin brother for dinner along with all the spouses.....should be a fun-filled, action-packed day!

Hmph. Well, TZM's explanation is not DIS appropriate. Who knows why? I dunno where he's going with that. The REAL reason I can't ride the Magic Carpets is because TZM was so silly when we rode them on our first date that if I ever ride it again, I'll laugh so hard that I'll fall out and die.
