Who feels like a Thread-Killer? Part 4

Hubby's been cooking since he got outta bed...he's the best

We got home rediculously late last night, even KimKiminy was in bed

The meet was good,

Robin-Verandah Man didn't make it to this one. I remember him saying he couldn't but I don't remember why

aaaanyway...

There were 165 people in attendance and Majestic is looking for 250 for next year.

It would be nice if more TKers could make it next year. July 15, 2006 by the way

We had DISers and DisneyWorldTrivia .com people come from VA, CT, DE, PA, NJ, NY, and OH! I sat with Deb Wills from allears and Len Testa from the Unofficial Guide to WDW and Sharla Whalen - scrapbooker/author. I met with lou Mongello (whom I met last year) - DWTrivia author and webmaster. John Rick from central jersey pin traders was also there.

There was travel and trivia and free stuff all around. I am now the proud owner of an autographed Unofficial Guide and Walt Disney World Luxury guide. I won some Kilamongaro Coffee and got pins and lanyards and magnets, oh my! We had good food and the hotel comp'd us to an open bar! (I only had one-two if you count the one I lost cause I put it down.) I had to drive.

Next year, I'm seriously considering a hotel room and then we'll be able to DIS, socialize and do Dorney!

We wanted to do Dorney Sat night but I had to get home for a family gathering at sis's house. I'm kinda glad we didn't stay cause I was yawninig all the way home as it was. It only took me and hour up and a little more than that home cause of a minor accident.

All in all, not a bad day.

Believe it or not, I was so busy helping the organizer of the meet that I took a total of three pictures the whole day. There are sooooo many cameras there that I wasn't worried. When pics start getting posted I will bring them over here to share with you'all.

on vmk they have a dis room where you can hang out....i was sitting in there and he just popped in...

we all have our own rooms too..and if we put a teleporter in it (it's a coffin looking thing that our characters can walk into and it will teleport you into the dis room) everyone has one connected to the dis room..

its so cool...

vmk is a virtual magic kingdom where you can create your own character and then walk around these different lands that they made to look just like magic kingdom..there's pirate of the carribean, snow white, fantasyland... everything!! you also get your own room that you can decorate anyway you like..you should see my room...

She is crazy about rollercoaster tycoon and sims...she'd rule in VMK!

It sounds cool but I am really not a video gamer.

Hello all. I am just stopping by because I still don't fit in at the other boards! I have been here for over 5yrs. and just can't seem to get anyone to answer questions I might post or heaven forbid I respond to someone elses post.....there it sits dead in the water!

I feel bad for running to you all at times like this but my self esteem just can't take it anymore!

Ok, enough of that....has anyone been to Yankee Stadium? I have tickets to a game with my dad and I wanted to know how much it is to park at the stadium and I can't find any pricing after doing many searches for this info.
