Busy Robin?

Work is kind of dragging today. You know it's bad when I'd rather be home doing housework

Just home for lunch right now.

I have to take my daughter back to school for her last class of the day.

Then I have to go and shop for washing machines since mine is leaking all over the floor and is 24 years old and need replacing.

That's the problem... all of our appliances are about the same age so they are all dying at the same time.

Then back home for a bit to make dinner and then take my daughter to her dance class for 7:15 - 8:45.

So yes a busy day.

Oh I went to work for a bit this morning too.

Our appliances all died together when we first moved into our house. We got our washer & dryer from Sears and our Fridge from Best Buy. Hubby insists on shopping around and those are where we found the best deals.

$400.00 doesnt go that far at WDW! That is the reason I am doing my best to save as much as I can.There is nine of us going, so every little bit helps!

No my barn is not heated. I dont even have real doors yet(soon I hope)...We have tarps up over the doorways, but it was about 10 in there this morning...horses put out alot of heat...and can take 30 below befor you have to blanket them, but I worry about them anyway...The sun is out now so I just ran out there and let them out...That way they can run in the sun and get a little warmer..I keep the barn open to them when I let them out so they can come and go as they please...Its alot of fun watching them run and play with each other from my kitchen window. The DGKs love it!

Busy day huh Robin?..I CANT go anywhere today, but on days like this I dont mind much...Ofcourse I get major cabin fever if it goes on to long...I can only take a couple of days at a time!...

I want a new dishwasher, mine make so much noise I have a hard time hearing the TV when its on...but is still washes fine so its hard to justify it...
Hope you get a good buy on a washer! I got a new one a couple of years ago. I went from a top loader to a front loader...Man Im glad I did!...I love it..It takes alot less water and detergent to do a load... and will do more in each load too...You should take alook at one, I think they are the best!
Well Im working on my tshirts so I better get back to work...

~My new St Pat's day Mickey is up! He's so cute wearing his shamrock antenna~

When I go to WDW in March I'll probably treat myself to a Fantasia Mickey.

And for anyone who was wondering, DS'sGF's Pink Mickey survived the crash. The auto shop even told her the car is in such good condition it can be saved as well!
Poor thing is still coughing up air bag dust tho...other than that all is well.

I have not recieved any pkg. yet...It may have come today, but my driveway is quite long and I dont want to brave the cold weather to go see....So until my DH comes home I will not know what is in my box...As soon as I find out Ill let you know...Thanks!

I bought a new washing machine this afternoon.

I go the middle series of the Maytag brand, pretty close to the top of the line washer in that series. Not a front loader though but the top slopes down in the front for easier access for us "gently ageing" individuals

I expect to see pictures of these new shirts when they arrive. I am sure that they are just as cool as MY shirt is.

The only reason I haven't asked you for a lime green shirt is cause I recently bought one off the boards that I liked-
I'm posting a photo from the person who made them for me.
(I hope, it's on imagestation and may not work)

The funny thing is, I opened my dresser today and every shirt and pajama in the drawer has Mickey on it...go figure

It was in Sept when we were on the bus from the POP Century to the Magic Kingdom.

Maybe it was them that you saw!

I noticed the design in kadaten's avatar, then I saw the shirts again in the photo you see above. I found out from a friend of hers (bichon barb) that kadaten made them.

She actually made them special (purple instead of rainbow) for me and had them shipped to me by Christmas so I could give them as gifts. It was super sweet of her to take the time. She's actually accommodating everyone who has asked her.

There was a whole big group of people wearing the same kinds of shirt. Young kids to older adults included in the group.

Maybe it WAS them then. No DIS identification on them that I noticed.

I do really wish that I could be there to see you in them.

It is so friggin cold here, it's not even funny. I don't get cold easy but I am having a hard time getting warm today.

The sun was shining today though, so that helped just a little wee bit.
