The dates Rose gave me, I forgot if I wrote them here, is Sept 27th to Oct 1st. What day did you two plan on meeting at Cape May Cafe?

My FIL looked up the distance for us, 205 miles from Pittsburg to Harrisburg (Camp Hill might as well be in Harrisburg, it's that close.)

Whatever you guys can do to possibly come to the meet would be awesome! Anyone who wants to meet at WDW would be awesome too~

I will definitely be there from Dec 8th to the 15th...anyone plan on being near the world the beginning of December?

What does it mean when the furnace breaker keeps flipping off

It happens every so often but has happened twice today?

Is there something in the airconditioner causing problems maybe??

Guess I will have to call the heating and cooling people and have them come out and check it for me.

Funny story.....if any of you had been keeping up with the loooooooooooooonnnnnnnngest TR EVER written, you know how cheap Screwy Louie is!

Anyhow I told him that we are coming down this summer to WDW! (dumb i know). So we went back & forth on what to do. Again I let them pick.
Anyhoooooooooooo I am going to their house one day, and again they will follow us back & stay at WDW...BUT NOT GO TO THE PARKS!!!!!



The 'official' reason was........"We are too exhausted from our NYC trip!!!!!"
It takes a MONTH to recover for 12 & 16 year olds????

Now you know why when we were in HS, I was da Brains of the skippin school scenarios!

Good Morning DU! YOU skipped school?! I am SHOCKED! Your WDW trip is coming close! Are you excited? I apologize, I've not kept up with the trip reports. I pretty much post with the threadkillers and then lightly lurk elsewhere.

It sounds like everyone had such a great time at the Dis meet....wish I was there! If ya'll could tell me when you're meeting in WDW and where - I'll try to be there. I'm planning on getting my annual pass again towards 3rd quarter.

DalPal & TW - I guess you can tell me...DU says he speaks the same way he writes....does he? I feel like I pretty much do, too...except a slight southern accent. I can HEAR your accent DU!

I hope ya'll are having a good day today. It's "freshen up" day for the house. I pick-up, vacuum, dust, light candles, febreeze and open up to let the breeze in. Pretty much anything that will add freshness!

I live and die by the (cleaning) schedule....sad, but true.

Morning TK'ers....DU - your trip IS just round the corner.....and with everyone going to the world....i'm searching for a wkend to go to the 'land!!!! uggghhh - i need a trip to DL...but at the same time....dread the summer crowds....but just don't know if i can wait till fall - should make DH GO with us for that big 5-0 BD you know he hates the place now....i don't even know HOW i can stay married to someone who doesn't go / enjoy DL????? ....just wait till he sees my new license plate...i haven't told him what it says!!!!

Sorry I never got back on yesterday....I had alot to ...Julia stayed with my mom while I got some things done....So I was in and out all day...doing chores...

I just got done catching up....and
YES!...it was a great meet!..I had alot of fun meeting everyone!....It was really cool to talk to all the people that wrote the books I have been reading for the past few years...and the pod people too! <~~~that makes them sound like martians

I also have pictures of the meet to post and will ASAP....

Im sooo happy you are going to try to make WDW in Sept......I think you are alittle mixed up tho...BEACHES & CREAM is where Cally and I have a meet plannned( NOT Cape May cafe).......on the evening of the 29th.(I think it was suppose to be around 6ish..But Ill have to check my notes to be sure)..But if there will be even more meeting we may want to pick something bigger then Beaches and Creams..The only reason we picked B&C is because Cally was planning on doing the ESPN and NOT going to a park that day....But maybe CM, or the YSH in the YC..may be a better choice..or someplace on the BW...
Im sure we will be in Epcot all day that day as its the first day of the F&WF...and It will be my only chance to go..I DONT want to miss THAT!...I hear its GREAT!..We will be at WDW from the 22 Sept-1st of Oct......
Going to MNSSHP on the 28th....
Im sure Mike will be happy to get the chance to talk to John again...and meet Rodger too!

Our Hershey Park day was OK...The AC was so loud in our room that it woke us up everytime it came on...sooo we didnt sleep well that night, So we were kind of dragging on Sunday....The one rollercoaster(stormrunner)that we all has exclusive use of the first hr.....was great fun, but I dont think Id do it again....a little tooo fun for me....I must be getting old...pretty scary! It will forever be one of those been there, dont that kind of thing!
Then we just walked around and checked it all out did some of the other things like the seal show..and the skyway, and the kissing tower...( altho I really cant see how its a kissing tower, when your packed in like sardines..)BUT the view from up there(I think your 300 feet up) was really nice ..I have pics of that too...Ill have to get uploading soon.....

Ill post a few pics here ...then give the link, so anyone can go look at them all...I took quite a few

It would be great to have you pop over to WDW while we are there....Please try to keep some of that time in Sept open...We would love to see you again!

He was on a leash...I guess it surprised, both Albert and Mike...It was under our front stairs....and Albert is afraid of the bottom of the front stairs now...but other then that he is fine....Poor guy looked pretty bad ....wish I took pictures of it...but at the time all I was thinking of was getting them out as soon ans as gentley as possably...
he was a trooper about it all..thats for sure!
