Mary - I LOVE your set up - sounds like such a great time - i am going to the local Barnes & Noble party Friday....not sure what they have planned...this is my 1st HP party....but will let you know on Saturday....

We are in the middle of a thunderstorm right now.

BUT I won't be hiding under the bed like Ann.

I'm not afraid of thunderstorms.

Neither is the cat. She's outside all curled up in a flower pot protected close to the house. she's watching the rain fall.

It has rained off and on all day today but with some sunshine in between.

I've been stuck in the girl's shop all day again...

Less than an hour to go and I am soooo outta here~

Boss man don't know it yet but John and I decided to take a three day weekend to spend some time together. Hubby is taking off Friday and Saturday and made me promise to take off with him. He got really upset with me last week when he found out I took Friday off to prepare for the Magicmeet and he says "I won't take a day off to spend with him."

He has NO IDEA what I have planned for us and I am not ready to tell him yet. I'll let him be pleasantly surprised when I tell him about (once it's confirmed) our TWO trips to FL this fall and winter :woohoo:

He had the oil changed in our explorer today and found out it needs brakes so our Sept trip has been backed down to 89% sure. I'm pushing to go so if it can happen it will!

Some of my fellow trip reporters are going to be in the world the same time and have a fireworks meet set up for the poly beach on the 28th. I am torn now because Betsy is at the MNSSHP that night and Rose wants to do Universal's Halloween Horror nights that weekend-of course it only runs on the 28th and 29th...What am I gonna do!?!

Someone give me some ideas please? I really want to meet up with my fellow threadkillers but I also want to meet the infamous Nebo and Utahmama among others.

Speaking of BD's - isn't yours coming up around here somewhere Betsy? Don't want to miss it!!!

Any electrical experts out there:confused3

What does it mean when the furnace breaker keeps flipping off:confused3

It happens every so often but has happened twice today?

Is there something in the airconditioner causing problems maybe??

Guess I will have to call the heating and cooling people and have them come out and check it for me.

I'm no sparky Cruis, but if it is like mine when I run my AC TOOOOOOO LOOOOOOOOONG condensation builds up on my ducts and drips H20 on my furnace witch can cause a short witch then I put a towel over it to catch it, so it doesn't fry the motherboard, or it maybe that you may run something else that is on the same breaker as the AC,and it draws alot of AMPS that may cause your breaker to pop. I found that out in the winter when I (really my SIS) turned a space heater on my back porch and blew a fuse in the house. So I had to rewire the whole house cause of her.;) :rotfl2:

I am working a booth at a concert called the warped tour thanks to Vans (shoe co.) on August 3rd

August 9th I hafta go see al the spring product for work

Aug 24th to the 8 of sept we'll be on vacation

Sept 19? Brenda (Cadzneychic) is coming to the east coast so I gotta figure out where and when we'll meet up

Sept 27th, Florida! (I hope)

Oct 6, hubby's bday

Oh, I'm thinking about it for sure:thumbsup2

Just don't know if I can pull it off or not.

I thought about the Birthday present idea too.

Also could maybe use the "guilt" card.

After Rick has gone to so many airplane competitions this summer, I'm gonna need to do something for me :teeth:

Brenda, don't worry. Betsy's birthday will not pass you by unnoticed :rolleyes1

Hmm, thanks Rory.

My furnace and my air conditioner are both on their own breakers:confused3

It's the furnace one that pops all the time :confused3

Rick is wondering if maybe it is a weak breaker. I don't know much about it.

My dad was the electrician and unfortunately now with him in the nursing home with Alzheimers I am consultant less:guilty:

Rick and I are leaving on Friday morning to go to an airplane competition and won't be back until late on Sunday night. I guess Liz will just have to survive without airconditioning until we get back :confused3

Unless I can get something figured out tomorrow which is not too likely to happen.

Replacing the breaker is not hard at all you can get them at any True Value or Homey Depot. That would be sweet if that was all it was.

Unless they are Pushmatic breakers (mine are) then you can go online or a electrical supply house. It's not something that is easily availalbe.Probably 20 AMPs is what you need.

What is the difference between the two types of breakers Rory?

I'm not sure what kind ours are and I can't get a good look at them right now.

We have a good electrical supply company here in town that we use to get all of our electrical stuff for the shop. I'm sure they would have them.

Just installed my own brand new printer :cool1:

Aren't you guys so proud of me :cool2:

I know how to read and can follow instructions :rotfl:

Yay :woohoo:

Now I can print in colour again :cheer2:

I know .......... it doesn't take much to make me happy:goodvibes

Sending DH isn't necessarily the problem...

it's having both him and DS with me and having to pay to send both of them :faint:
