Getting my shower shortly so I can go get my copy of Ratatouille

Rainy and cold here...thank goodness the guy who does our lawn came by yesterday. Our mower broke. We have a friend who runs a lawn service, he's been doing our yard the last couple times. The last time he was supposed to come by it rained for five days straight, then our friend hurt his back...he finally came by yesterday and now it's raining again

At least now we are good til Spring~

Morning All! Happy Election Day! DU~ I hope they count your vote this year!

You remember my 15 minutes of FAME!

Today was no better. They had have voting at the College. MAJOR CONSRTUCTION...No signs...No mention in the News that they changed the building....No Parking.....FINALLY i found the place to vote and had to walk up a steep hill. I doubt many senior citizens voted. When I showed up to vote at 1:00 pm I was only the 11th person to VOTE!

Voting in my district is similar to being on Survivor!!!!

Would that be Brinety Murphy?

More like some twisted troll Murphy!

Ok...well, I AM the one w/ no life.... I"ll get right on it! (Actually, better give me a day or two - DH has a rare night off! )

Congrats on the tooth AND making it up and down the hill! Here it was raining pretty hard - all of the nominees standing outside kept saying "thanks for coming out in the rain....WHERE's your umbrella?"....it was a pretty good question.

Okay guys, there is some growling "creature" in my fireplace.

I closed it off when we got our big screen tv. Filled the hole with a sheet of styrofoam and later stuck a glass window frame in front (behind the tv) .

For the past couple of days, I've been hearing noises behind all that stuff.

Finally decided that we should figure out what is in there.

The tv has been moved and the styrofoam removed (the glass is still in place).

Hmmm, I wonder what's in there.

Do Squirrels growl

Tomorrow I'm going on that silly roof and make sure that nothing else can get down that chimney

I don't know how we are gonna get out whatever it is anyways.

There is a small electric fireplace sitting in there.

Right now the creature (whatever it is) is either behind it or underneath it.

I'm thinking we may have to call for reinforcements.
