Ah but, sub-para (d) says that, in the event of a simultaneous post by any of said potential voters that were tsk-tsk-ed, said poster shall have the right to an election. I am said poster. :p (I have several copies of said rule book) LOL

Did I confuse anyone else besides myself?!?!

Hi BrerPapa! So glad that your DS & DDIL are safe! We were worried!

As for the pain in the butt.......you're a delightful pain in the butt......you're OUR pain in the butt.........and I'm willing to be no one would change a hair on your head (you do have hair on your head, don't you?)

I just got off the phone with hubby. He's having a wonderful time in California with the kids. They just sent a picture of him holding the grandbaby. I'd post it for you, but I don't know how.

Well, I'll check the posts to see if anyone is on-line. If not, ya'll take care and good night!

Annie

Hi Kim! I understood you just fine and I haven't receved a copy yet. Only my decoder ring! Maybe because we both speak "girl-speak"!

Speaking of decoder ring. When hubby is gone, I watch lots of classical movies, or cutsie-wootsie ones that he's not crazy about, or science fiction. Anyway, I'm watching "A Christmas Story". When Ralphie received his Little Orphan Annie Decoder Ring, I laughed thinking of the Threadkillers. So - set your decoder rings to B2.

...............(b2 - setting)...........be sure to drink your ovaltine.........be sure to drink your ovaltine?! A commercial?!

I loved that part!

Since I voted not to change a hair on BP's (hopefully) non-bald head, does that mean I lose my vote?

:)

Oh Oh, Ann, I am not too sure how valid your vote is going to be (especially if you are basing it on the amount of hair on Brer_Papa's head  :p )

Brer_Papa , you actually thought we wouldn't take just a little peek :smooth: . It is kind of like a car wreck, you just gotta look, you can't seem to help yourself:earseek: :earseek: :teeth:

Kim, how did the DIS meet go, who was there and what did you do and eat?????? Enquiring minds want to know :hyper:

Oooh, Kim! A DIS meet! I didn't know you were going.....did I miss that on the posts? I hope you had a great time. One of these days, I'm going to try to attend one. But you know what they say...."Life is what happens when you're making plans"! That always seems to happen to me.

But Kim....

(e) says that if the party of the first part invokes subparagraph (c) then the invocation of (d) by the party of the second part becomes null and void. And if the party of the second part enlists the aid of a party of a third part and the support of a party of a fourth part, then the party of th first part can say "pffffft" to all of you.

hi BTW...

Hello HollyAnn! :wave2:
(Do you think Harriet checked the sheets before a toga party? Rumor has it one of the Nelson's was a bed-wetter)

aaaah....see this dude? <~~~ he has more hair than I do...

Tom's vacation sounds swell...so...

(OH Happy Dance! ...OH Happy Dance!)

and before i forget...

cutesy-wootsy movie? AGAIN??? :gooosebumps:

Ahy Cruisin' ! :boat:

Having a peaceful weekend?

If I remember right....you were supposed to...if so...isn't it good just to sit back....put your feet up...chill...

well...i was pretty busy...

of course...we went to the fair again...had some BBQ chicken..Kara & Corey justabout polished off a whole half chicken each...

they grow up so fast...

they twisted my arm to ride a couple rides...we had a blast...

PSSST! Hey urkers...how manyof you got tsk tsk tsk-ed?....

nobody has admitted a thing yet....

:rotfl: :rotfl:

So are ya tellin' me you're bald!?

Are you sure you're not Santa? If you're not the big guy in the red suit......are you by any chance Robert Fulghum in disguise? Your writing style, wit and charm is very much like his. If you're R. Fulghum, I have all your books and they need to be autographed! Plus, I'd like to take a look at your front yard....still growing dandylions?

If you are bald - I guess we won't change a hair on your head - we lost the opportunity!

Let me know about the santa/fulghum mystery, please!

Wow, half a chicken:eek: Corey is still kind of little isn't he??? Maybe he is trying to keep up with PAPA!!!!!!!!!!!

It was pretty quiet around here today. My son left about 8 this morning for his canoe trip. My husband was gone before that. My daughter didn't haul her sorry butt out of bed until 3:30 pm. I just kind of hung around, went on the computer, straightened up a bit etc. My husband was home by 4 and we went out for dinner to Kelsey's with the 3 of us.

I wish I had went out for a peanut something::yes:: My son is allergic to peanuts so I don't eat them either. But since he is gone for 5 days, I will have some for sure ::yes:: I just don't eat them in the house and I make sure I wash my hands well afterwards :D Probably go out and find myself a chocolate bar tomorrow with peanuts in it :teeth:

Ann, I have seen a picture of Brer_Papa and he has a vague resemblance to Santa ;)

I have no idea what Robert Fulghum looks like though so he could be him in disguise ?!?!?!

I Stand Corrected! was tsk tsk tsk-ed! Gold Star for you!

"A Christmas Story"?!?! "Fudge! I love thatmovie!

GASP! It's not a cutesy-wootsie movie...

Is it?

Oh no! I gotta roll this around in my melon...

"Quiet...I'm...I'm...I'm thinking"

"Poor Schwartz!"

LOL!

"Oh NO! I Shot my eye out!"

OK...i'm done thinking...

It's not.....

:rotfl: :rotfl:

Cruisin.....have you ever had a peanutbutter milkshake? Truly one of mankinds better inventions. Like a regular milkshake, vanilla icecream, milk & peanutbutter - hit frappe on the blender and viola! Happiness in a cup!

One of my all time favorites. Since I turned diabetic, I can't have them anymore, but a girl can dream......

That's my recommendation!:drinking1

Yeah, BP, Schwartz didn't deserve the beating for not saying the "F", dash, dash, dash word! Such is life in kiddie land. My sister has a neighbor that has an original Red Ryder BB gun with the compass in the stock. It was something to behold. They just don't make toys like that!

Kim......how was the DIS meet? I'm dying to hear about them.

MMF, if you're out there....can you PM me and tell me how to post pictures? I'll show off my hubby!

BP  :rotfl:

Ann, I really am not all that fond of peanut butter, so I don't think I would appreciate a peanut butter milkshake. I can't eat plain peanut butter, I need to have jam or honey on it.

OOOhhhhh, now I am starting to get hungry for peanutbutter and jam toast!!!! Actually I do have some "contraband" hidden in the garage from when we went camping last year. My son does not know it is there ;) Maybe if I am really, really careful with everything, I will have peanutbutter and jam toast tomorrow for breakfast, yum!!

I'm about 100 pounds short of a Santa....a headful of white flowing hair away from his locks...but the Cap will cover that...

my beard is pretty white though....

Im with Cruisin'....not famliar with the author you mentioned...I'll have to google him....

HEY! Maybe he's copying my style??!!

I oughtaa sue!

MMMMM....I love Reeses peanut btter cups....frozen...

Easter Bunny brings me some every year :) :)

There are rewards to being a good boy....

Speaking of sweets...I had a maple sundae at the fair....it was yummaliscious.....
Edited before i blushed!

Okay .................... I'll take the bait ................

What's a male sundae

Sure while the kid's away you going to bring highly toxic, life threatening, poisons into your home :crazy2: and then your going to put them into your body :faint:........

I say Go for it! .....hehe

But peanut butter ain't my choice for living on the edge:crazy2:
