Good morning, everyone!!!

Well, I took Sunday off from the boards (getting to be a pattern there) but I did exercise! Did my four-mile WATP (another pattern forming...) and felt GREAT afterward, even though I wasn't really psyched to work out when I started.

I can tell you, I got active when I didn't really want to because of ALL OF YOU!!! The WISH board is, hands down, the most supportive environment I've ever found for getting healthy. WISHers rock!

So who else pushed through the weekend with flying colors? Give yourself the credit you deserve for getting active - and for helping me keep moving! Tell the world what you did!!!

Daisy;)

Happy Monday, Daisy!!!!

Yesterday I power walked with DH and my sister. I also did my lunges/squats and plies and then we did some swimming at my parents house. :) Woo-hoo!

WA-HOO!!! I did Zumba in the morning, and then in the evening, me and DH walked the 'hood!!!
Great job you losers!!!!

brisk walking at the campground trying to keep up with the kids on their bikes (no way I could really walk THAT fast!)

Yesterday I did the 2mile watp tape. I really love that workout. I think i'll do one more week of the 2 mile then the week before vacation try the 3mile

I barely did. I was so sore from bowling that I didn't feel up to a full workout, so I just did 8 minutes on the exercise bike. Not much, but for being sore and when the most I've done in the recent past was 5 minutes, it's a little bit of improvement. :)

I DID!!!!! Friday, Saturday, and Sunday!!

Did the 2 mile WATP tape Fri, 1/2 hr Curves plus 1 1/4 mile walk outside Sat, and the 3 mile WATP tape yesterday (1st time doing that).

Beastlover - what do you think of Zumba?

Bliss4us - there's a 4 mile WATP tape? Where did you get it? Is it part of a set? I have the 1,2,3 mile/ 3 tape set with the weight balls.

WAY TO GO EVERYONE!!!!!!!

I'm curious about that 4 mile tape also.

Mishoe - i have the 3pack with the weight balls too. When you filled yours up did they become completely round? No matter how much I tried to fill them up they still ended up lopsided.

I forced myself to do WATP tape, 2 miles and Ab Blaster 200 tape. If it wasn't for this board I probably would of skipped my workout yesterday but after reading what everyone else was doing and how great they are doing I had no excuse. Thanks to everyone for keeping me on track!

Wow! What a great bunch of EXERCISERS!

Mishoe1 and Honeymo78, the four-mile WATP is called Walk Away the Pounds Express Super Challenge (I think that's it...):D I got it at Amazon.com - I think it was around $17, if I remember. It's just one tape, and it didn't come with weight balls or anything like that.

I like it because when I'm feeling less energetic or crunched for time, I put it in and just tell myself I'll go to, say, two miles instead of four. The thing is, if I get to two, I usually push through to four anyway.

Not sure if I'll eventually get bored with it, but I just love it so far!

Daisy;)

Honeymo78 - my weight balls are the same!!! I thought they would round out after a while, but they are still lopsided!!

Daisy - thanks for the name - I'll have to look for it.....no need to really rush tho - just did the 3 mile for the first time on Sunday.

Disneyeveryyear - I just played it by ear - listened to my body (mostly knees and feet) before going forward - good luck!

Bliss - thanks for the info. I haven't made it to the 3mile yet but I'm glad to know there's a 4 mile out there.

Disney - I only did the 1mile for two days and then moved to 2 miles. before I got the tapes I had been walking at least a mile 5 days a week and some days 2 miles. I also didn't feel too tired after the one mile so I tried the 2 mile. THe first couple times I did it was tough and I was so tired afterwards but now I've done it for a week nearly every day it feels to be the right intensity for me right now. I'll try the 3 mile next week. I still use the 1 mile when I don't have time or energy to walk the 2 mile.
