Happy Friday, everyone!!!

l hope everybody's looking forward to a fabulous weekend! I did my WATP and, of course, that abs workout I promised Beastlover while she recovers. Wow! That's a tough one!

Not a whole lot to say today, except this: today is a wonderful day. There's nothing special happening, but it's definitely a wonderful, awesome day to be alive!!! Why? Because we're up, we're healthy, and we're making good choices for ourselves! Yay us!!!:Pinkbounc

I hope all you WISHers have the best day possible today, and that you take good care of yourselves. You can do it! Now tell the world what you did yesterday, and FEEL GOOD!!!

Daisy;)

not great but I did a little bit
20mins around the circle, 30mins mowing

I did WATP for the first time yesterday (thanks to whomever it was that mentioned the 3 workouts on 2 DVD's at Target!).

I have to say...I just did the one mile to start and I'm hoping to work myself up to the 2 mile. I'm amazed at how much more than just walking it is...I walk all the time, but I was feelin' it! I did use 2 lb dumb-bells too.

Every little bit counts, right?

Thanks to all of you for letting me know about WATP, I think they're great for a low-impact, indoor workout!

I did my treadmilling and that was about it. I usually feel great for the day once I get my walk in, but yesterday afternoon I thought I had hit bottom. I was so tired, I just wanted to take a nap. Thank goodness I'm feeling more lively today. Have a wonderful day everyone and a great weekend.

Good morning everyone -

I did my 1/2 hr Curves workout, and then when I got home the new WATP tapes that I ordered had come in (Walk the Walk (set to Christian music), and Express-4 mile), so I did the 2 mile Walk the Walk tape too!

Hope you have a great day!

Good morning! It's Friday it's Friday it's Friday! :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

Got back to my Tai Chi last night, and boy was that fun!! I did a full 45 minutes last night, and made it to the point where you put all these individual moves together to form one flowing routine. It was hard keeping track of where feet, head, hands, back, weight, etc are supposed to go to be set up for the next move! But I made it through and DH was watching this time and said I did pretty well. :) I couldn't believe I was able to follow the whole thing on the first try. True, I'm awkward at it, but I only lost my place once and that was quick to find again. :)

Oh, and Sienna helped. She was so funny! She's decided that when I'm doing Tai Chi, I'm playing with her. LOL! Some of the moves are similar to feline stalking moves, so it's no surprise, but it sure is shocking when you're stepping back or forward and suddenly have paws or teeth attacking your leg or ankle! LOL!

Did 40 minutes on the treadmill yesterday while watching General Hospital! :D

ME! And thank goodness I did BEFORE the power blackout and I had no air conditioning! :) 2 miles walking away those pounds...I hope! :)

Ummmm, let me think...................

Oh yeah, I did the 2 mile WATP DVD.

Big suprise huh?

Oh well, off to do it again for tonight.

I did! I walked for 1/2 hour first thing in the morning for the last 3 days.. of course, due to the power outage (we were the last town in Pennsylvania to be affected. We live just over the NY NJ border in PA) my clock was set ahead, and I got up a bit earlier than usual... :p

I have to say, this Atkins stuff really works!

DH & I went to 6 Flags & ran around like a couple of 12 year olds all day! I came home exhausted! We had fun though, even though some of the rides were shut down due to the power failure.

On Fri 8/15 I swam 3/4 mile. :teeth:
