I did the WATP evening mile. I hadn't done any WATP tapes in over a week and it was definitely harder having been away from it. I can't imagine how hard it would have been if I took a week off from it without still exercising.
 
I did one of the Firm Tapes. I think it was Total Scupt- I can't remember, I just know who lead the tape (Emily).
I was sweating buckets and really breathing hard this time! It was an awesome workout, but I couldn't finish all the abs today. I did most.

I had well over 15,000 steps on my pedometer. That included walking at lunch hour and walking to my kids' high school for Parents' Night.
 
Curves for me. :) With the new machine....the butt buster. Boy I'm glad to see that one!
 

Wasn't able to get started until after 9:30 p.m. last night(department of redundancy department), so I only did the 2 mile WATP tape.

I'll kick back up to 3 miles tonight.
 
I did my 1/2 hr workout at Curves last night.
 
Yippie for me!
I mowed the lawn and walked with DH @ lunch. I'm getting better.

I did a 30 minute Yoga PM tape.

DH didnt understand how that would help me lose weight. I had him do a a pose and he said " nevermind" LOL

It isnt so much the weight loss as the toning. thats whats really getting me. My abs are getting an amazing workout. I still walk at least 3 days a week too so Im still getting cardio.
 
Twice for me! Walked for 40 minutes in the morning, and worked out at Curves in the evening.
