:wave: I was back at the gym today and got in 45 minutes on the elliptical.

Who is next?
 
Just got back from having my 1st bone density test. The worst thing about it was the drive in!
Im taking a short break before I head outside to walk hopefully for an hr

Have a good day everyone - keep moving

only made it back out for another 1/2hr before heading in to work but I did get to over 10,000 steps for the day
 
I did!!

today I did about 50 mins walking/jogging (18 mins jog) from my program and then 20 mins yoga
 
OK OK OK I am going now................
gonna jog at least 4 miles............be back in an hour!

Up bright and early this morning for my FIRM work out. Cardio sculpt blaster with Lisa Kay! Woohoo!! Okay, who's next?
 
5:30 this morning I hit the Crossbow in the basement. Upped the weight on some of the exercises, and I am feeling it now :eek:
 
I did Firm Fat Blasting Cardio and FIRM Sculpted Hips Buns & Thighs.

Last night I also got on the Treadmill for 30 minutes and did a min warm up/ 5 min Run/ 5 min walk / 5 Min 4un / 5 walk / 5 min cool down.
 
Me me me! It's been almost two weeks because I've been sick. Figures I go to the gym once and fall ill. But I'm back! (almost)
 
I did my 1/2 hr workout at Curves tonight

I also walked 8506 steps today!
 
I walked 20 minutes and jogged 10! :Pinkbounc It's hard to imagine I'll be running 3 miles in 4 months but I'm optimistic! :teeth:
 
ME!! ME!!

I just finished doing my 25 minute walk! I feel great too! Haven't clocked it yet, but I'm sure I walked somewhere close to 1 1/2 miles! Wanted to shot for two, but I was in a little pain and didn't want to over do it.
 
I did too!!! I just got back from Curves. All sweaty but feel good!
 
I did! :sunny: I did the 2 mile WATP video and, I hope to do the 3 mile tomorrow. SOMEDAY, I'll reach that 4 mile tape! :rolleyes:

Anyone else?
 
I did my 30 minutes at Curves! I will make my 3 days this week!
 
I walked a half of an hour at lunch time and then did my 3 mile WATP video in the evening!
 
Two workouts for me, jogging in the morning (3.2 miles in 36 minutes) and Curves after work. :teeth:
