I did my 15 leg lifts & 20 crunches.
I also bought a book called "Pilates on the Ball"
& I did the first 16 excercises in the Restorative Ball section
I did at least 8 reps some I did 12. Yippee a start
Also did 10 minutes of dancing around to Sister Hazel tunes
10 minutes on the bike & 10 minutes on the treadmill.
