Another week begins! I have relatives coming into town tomorrow morning to stay with us - unexpectedly - so today I'm feeling just a wee bit stressed. What better way to tackle that stress than with exercise! Maybe I'll WATP twice today...
Had a super weekend with the old, reliable WATP, and I hope everyone else had a chance to get active as well!
We've had "monsoon weather" around Maine for about two straight weeks - anyone else feeling like they're ready for a little sun? It looks like today might be the day, so if you've been "rained in," now's your chance to be outside! Get out there and make it happen!!!

But other than the warmup, which got boring after 5 minutes of the *same* 3 moves put together, it wasn't something I could keep up with nor anything I *wanted* to keep up with, and I even pulled my calf a little trying to do it.
