Who exercised Monday 9/29?

I went on the stepper for about 50 mins.
 

Did my Pilates and walked with DH (only about 3/4 mile:( . He's only just beginning to get back into the swing of things, so he is taking it slow.)

I am such a looser! I didn't exercise! Uggh, I have to get out of this rut. I think the pressures of our cheer competition this coming weekend is getting to me. I am so exhausted lately. We have practice tonight and Thursday and then Friday night and Saturday we are spending doing cornrolls and rolling the girls hair. Saturday night we have a game and then up early next Saturday for competition. I don't think I will get much exercise done because of this. Maybe I can just try to do some WATP's each evening. Maybe it will give me more energy.

Ok, enough whining. I will let you know tomorrow if I overcame my not exercising tonight.

Although it was late last night when I got to it 10:00 p.m. and I really didn't want to:

I did 30 min TM about 2 miles. It was 1 mi at 4.5 mph then the other mi at 4-3.3 mph. After that it was off to the 20 minute Pilates cd. I was thrilled that DH heard me put the cd on and came to try it with me. This is his second attempt at the 20 min cd and I am absolutely ecstatic that he is trying. I love him for it.

Keeping the ½ marathon for 2005 in my mind. WISHing my way there. I am still debating with myself about doing 5k on Oct 11 and 12—Race for the Cure here and Towpath Marathon/5k.
 
I did! I took a nice long walk with DD (in her stroller) for about 40 minutes. We recently moved and I swear my entire neighborhood is uphill!!! It was a great walk though, and I look forward to doing it again tonight!

Twice for me - walking for 40 minutes in the morning, and working out at Curves after work.

Today makes 50 days in a row of exercise for me! :bounce: :smooth:
 
:wave: I did 45 minutes of cardio, including for the first time a 5 minute non-stop run. Also did my situps, my no weights for me today.
 
Me! I walked 3.2 miles this morning and will do my 15 min. strength/flexibility (slowly increasing my time with these exercises) as soon as the Yankee game is over.
 
I did 30 minutes of interval training on the elliptical machine and then did my weight training.
 
Me, I'm late checking in, but I walked 2 levels of the mall with DH & did 30 min on the Gazelle.
