Good morning everyone,

Ok.........who exercised today.

I did the FIRM Maximum Cardio Burn plus abs.


Who's next???:cool1:
 
i was up early with ya Melanie -- I did my walk/jog program this morning, approx 5 miles totally and probably just under 2 of those were jogging

finished with 20 mins of yoga with Denise
 
walked 1/2hr this morn
will hopefully get back out again after work

got back out for another 1/2hr
steps for the day - 17,000
 

Jogging for me this morning, 3.6 miles in 40 minutes. :cool:

I did 3 weight circuits and 2 miles on the treaddie. I then went swimming with DD. Next?
 
Just got home. I did the weight circuit, 30 minutes on the eppitical and a 30 minute muscle toning class.

Who's next....I know your out there.
 
Got in a 1-mile walk on my lunch hour. (It did not take the whole hour, I had to have time to eat and DIS at lunch, too! :D )

I DID! I DID! Walked a little over a mile in just under 20 minutes. Hey, that's not bad at all!
Feel so good this week too. Haven't had a whole lot of those bad manmade carbs, french fries, etc. I have a couple bowls of cereal this week, low carb of course and also a ice cream cone...also low carb. I have to weigh myself this coming week and I'm so hoping to see something close to 195. At the doctor's office last week I was 199 and that was with eating french fries and such. I haven't had any of those in a bit and have been walking a few days a week, so hopefully a few pounds came off. Trying to drink more water and less lemonade and diet soda too. :tongue: ::yes::
 
I did. I did the whole firm complete aerobics and weight training
 
Same old, same old for me.....2 mile WATP video.

But, I also did some unorthodox crunches, I think they're called. Lifting a very heavy TV set from the floor/ground, several times. Ooo boy, that was heavy and awkward. Afterwards my legs were all shaky and, I thought it was from the fear I felt when dh almost dropped the thing. :eek:

went to the gym as always. 30 mins. on the treadmill and 15 0n the nautilus. 7x's in 5 days. will delivering flowers on Sat. count? in and out of the van and up and down stairs all day. Also stopped at Shopko and bought a exercise ball on sale Fri, SAt. Sun. for 7.99 so I can do crunches at home. spent 45 mins. in class Thurs. night doing all ball exercises.
 
I took the dog for a HUGE walk. Just as my energy was flagging, I thought "Oh good, I can go home and post this!" It really gave me a boost!
