Me! Jogged 1.5 mi, which is longer than I've done before. Still at my snail's pace (I don't even time myself), but I'm getting better. It's fun when you don't get winded just by runing to the end of the street!
Now, I just need to buy a scale so I can change my clippie
I did...and I have the pain to prove it. I did the weight circuit at the gym, jogged/walked 1.5 miles on the treadmill and took a half hour muscle toning class.....I am whipped.
It took me a while to get out there today but I can finally say I walked outside for 1/2hr today. Im at about 12,000 steps for the day.
It was raining this morn, then I watched a movie, etc. Had a mental health day.
