Who else strayed during the Super Bowl?

OK W.I.S.H. mates,

Who else besdies me strayed away from our new habits during the Super Bowl yesterday. After a month of being "good" I partook of the goodies before me. It tasted great at first, then the bad food kind of weighed heavy. I don't know if it was the food or my guilty conscience. Either way it is back to the grindstone today.

I had a few things but then felt full and stopped. Maybe we have all been so good that our bodies are learning to just take what they need. And maybe since the days are finally getting longer us Northwest folks are starting to get spring fever and are ready to shed our winter fat!
